After arriving in Tokyo, we can take the subway directly to the accommodation. The room environment is very good and comfortable. The scenery outside the window is also good. There are convenience stores and subway lines nearby. The host is very friendly. It was an unforgettable trip.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! Great value, the place is on a quiet street on the outskirts of the city. It takes about 45 minutes to get to Shibuya which I found easy to factor into my day-planning after a couple of days. This is a great spot if you're staying for a week or so, it may be a little far out of the city for a shorter stay. Mariko was lovely and very helpful, I'd love to stay again whenever I'm back in town.

Numa’s place in Ebisu was a wonderful spot to explore Tokyo from. The listing itself was very nice and clean and exactly like the pictures. It was very easy to find and get into and I had no problems during my stay. The neighborhood is very nice and there was lots of delicious food nearby and of course convenience stores everywhere. The walk to the train station was nice and I recommend this to anyone who was looking for a quieter place in Tokyo.

What a great place to stay in to really feel the vibe of Koenji! Just minutes of the train station, it was easy to hop around and explore. The vintage clothing and shopping at the Pal Shopping street was also just steps from the front door. We gave the location a 3 star because there was a bar located just at the bottom of the stairs leading to the apartment that was open all hours (and there were patrons there at all hours enjoying themselves!!) Otherwise, it was a very good stay for us!

Had a great time! I was going to Disney, and I wish I had looked at public transportation earlier because the station was a 25 minute walk. But that’s my own fault. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Very tiny and the bedroom was a loft, but I didn’t mind since I was there so infrequently. Host was very responsive and very communicative. If you’re just looking for a spot to drop your bags and go adventure, this is a great spot. A lot of good restaurants in the area, and even a 24 hour izakaya after you’re done walking the Disney parks all day!

Great spot right by subway stations, just far enough away to not be noisy. Super clean and he let me book and check in on very short notice!

We loved our stay! The space was so clean and the view was beautiful. It was easy to access nearby subways to go all over the city. Our host was great and we would stay again!

It was a trip with a family of 5, with children aged 8, 5, and 2.I've stayed at various Airbnbs, but this was the best.There were toys and amenities, and I was grateful.Thank you again!

Very, very satisfied, exceeded expectations, will come back to stay, and also recommended to friends with good relationships.I don't want to publicly recommend it because I'm afraid I won't be able to live there in the future.I didn't expect there to be a big yard, and the bedroom and living room can be connected directly.The host should prioritize this picture, it's only seen at the end when booking.As a small suggestion, the owner can organize a booklet like many owners (common languages are attached).Print out the common questions in color and place them on the living room table.This way, the owner doesn't have to answer all the time, and guests who stay at Airbnb often can quickly read and solve it themselves according to the manual.

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Comfy room conveniently located next to convenient stores and the station! Felt like home staying here. Hosts were also very responsive. Highly recommend!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!
