It was a second staying at this place because we like it very much! Great and big apartment at the very perfect central district with many shops and restaurants and now may be about 50 meters near the Metro station! The Host is amazing, very friendly and responsive!

Great hosts, very responsive and welcoming. Extremely detailed instructions, nothing was unclear. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Everything you need, spacious, cozy, independent and very comfortable. The location is great. There are parking spaces. The comfort is there. I recommend this apartment and especially the hosts! Thank you for everything.

Christos’ apartment in Thessaloniki is a small, clean, and tastefully decorated space. It’s just a short walk from the beautiful promenade center and close to cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops. The balcony overlooks the street and is perfect for a morning coffee. The kitchenette is basic but fine for preparing breakfast or a light meal. Parking in the building is very tight—we needed help getting the car in and ended up leaving it there for the duration, opting for public transport instead. Christos lives in the building, is very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay—I'd happily stay here again!

I found a nice and tidy apartment that is kept cool during the summer with a very long terrace. I felt very well and the host was very friendly... honest and good people!

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Amazing room with everything you need. The shower is warm and strong (which is not always the case in Thessaloniki). They have coffee, tea, and cookies and a kitchen working perfectly. Fan + airco and the street is not noice at night at all. Had a really great stay Thank you!!

The host was super helpful. I choose this apartment for a long stay visit and for seven days I had everything in the apartment for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect with easy access and very close to the vicinity of the vibrant area of Ladadika. I appreciate the friendliness of the hosts and the responsiveness of their replies. I most certainly will look for booking again during my next visit.

Amazing location, outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Easily accessible from the ring road. Quiet, green and with proximity to the airport, commercial, etc. Nikos, helpful, friendly willing to help with everything. He greeted us, showed the place. The house inside, clean and with all the amenities we needed. I can't miss the amazing view from the balcony. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay in this spacious modern flat and would have loved to stay longer! The hotel standard flat had everything we needed including two balconies and a very comfortably sized and modern bathroom. It is a short walk from Thessaloniki’s beautiful seaside promenade and conveniently located for transfer to both the airport and city centre. There are several supermarkets nearby. We would highly recommend a stay in this flat and hope to be back soon!

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

The host was proactive, with clear instructions for check-in and stay, while being cheerful, open to questions, and helpful. As far as the home was concerned it was tidy and fully equipped with all the facilities. Finally, the hot tub offered another touch of luxury and relaxation.

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.
