Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Upper Normandy

Very nice little house, very cozy, ideally located to discover the region between Étretat and Cabourg. 10 minutes from the center of Honfleur, which allows you to benefit from the summer activity and restaurants while being a little secluded on the heights for quiet and cool nights in the greenery when it is hot. The land is large enough and perfectly enclosed for our dog friends. Possibility to rest, have lunch, have dinner, barbecue on the terrace. Very considerate and flexible hosts.

As soon as you cross the threshold of the door, the safety and the cocooning spirit are felt. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the welcome, the decor and the bedding (not the least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We will be happy to come back because this week spent here, was nothing but relaxation and healing. The maisonette is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles was a real favorite. Very well furnished house, typical facade of the region. It is located in a quiet, peaceful little village full of charm. You can take beautiful walks there. The host is very accessible and very friendly. I would gladly recommend this rental to friends.

Stayed at Sophie & David’s place on the way down to Saumur and we are so glad we did. The place was lovely & very clean. Garden was ideal for our little dog who was secure at all times. The location was stunning, very quiet and pleasant. Lovely little spot. Tight squeeze getting to the property if you have a big car but we managed. Sophie & David were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend especially if you’ve got a dog.

We loved staying at Karine's place! The location was perfect to explore both Monet's gardens and Rouen. We loved the location in a small town at the foot of a castle too! The hosts were very kind and friendly. We appreciated the fresh cherries and eggs! Our kids loved playing with their dog and seeing the donkeys and chickens. The house was comfortable and very clean. Even though it was hot when we visited, the house stayed cool. We definitely recommend this airbnb!

The old traditional Normandy house has been renovated with love and style. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The two master bed rooms can both fit one couple plus a child. The Village is very small with a beautiful environment and close to the sea. Dimitry was always helpful. We can highly recommend this!

A “cabin” in the woods, peaceful except for the Mourning Dove mourning down the chimney and the cows lowing across the fence, every possible amenity was provided including wine, beer and cidre in the fridge and a very well -stocked bar. Bed was wonderful for nine nights and that may be a travel record. Typical European shower, enough said, didn’t try the sauna but it looked good. Lots more little niceties. However, if you require active, powerful internet and cell coverage bring your Starlink.

We had a very good night at this charming village house close to the sea. Everything was as described and we were even able to meet Xavier at the nearby pool (covered and heated).

The owners were very nice and friendly. The house was super clean and smelled wonderful. The pool and jacuzzi were spotlessly clean and warm. The garden and outside areas were very well kept. I will definitely want to go back there.

This was the most beautiful Airbnb house I have ever rented – hands down. Dominique was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire stay felt like a pure vacation dream. The house is located in one of the most stunning regions I’ve ever seen – the landscape, the view, the garden, everything is just magical. The kitchen, the interior design, every little detail – it’s like stepping into another world. I’ve truly never seen anything this beautiful. As mentioned in the description, the pool was cold, but having a pool like this is such a gift – we used it every single day and loved it. Everything was simply perfect and dreamy. I can only recommend this place to everyone – and I’ll definitely come back!

What a fabulous little place, we loved our few days there. It was extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. The pool was fantastic and we had great weather to enjoy it. We enjoyed a circular walk from the house to Caudabec en Caux returning along the river. We found a great restaurant too! Thoroughly recommend this lovely place which was great for our dog too. Fabulous hosts completed our stay!

We were with Sophie for a week with five adults, three children and two dogs. It was wonderful! The house is stylishly renovated and we all immediately felt at home. There was more than enough space for everyone and, above all, in the evening to sit together on the cozy sofas. The fenced garden was great for the dogs and for our children it offered enough space to play hide and seek every afternoon. There is also the pool, the whirlpool and the sauna. Simply perfect, thank you Sophie!

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

The place is absolutely beautiful: a spacious, pleasant house in an idyllic setting. Swimming pool, barbecue area, children's games and very well maintained park. There were 8 of us, and each found their place. There is absolutely nothing missing in the house, including for a baby. Cyril is welcoming, friendly and gives a lot of advice on walks and information on surrounding activities. The countryside is very beautiful and the nearby towns are magnificent: Honfleur, Etretat in particular. We will certainly come back because everyone was delighted. We came as a couple with our chihuahua two years ago and couldn't come back in 2024. We caught up this year, at 4 this time since we have in the meantime become parents. What a joy to share this space with our 6-month-old baby! What a joy to come back and what a sadness to have to leave already... until next time! It feels like home (maybe even better by the way!) Without having to ask, all the equipment was there for our baby, who, let's admit, never took such long naps! Thank you 💖

We had a great stay, it is a very cosy house with everything you need. The garden is great to relax, and we enjoyed playing with Bilbao a lot! The area has lots to offer and we wish we would have stayed for at least another week. Hope to come back some day. Thank you Charles and Aurore

True to the description of the accommodation, we spent 2 days relaxing with nature and our animal friends (swans; coypus) that we were able to observe in peace with the binoculars provided. we expect to be back next year. thank you

I absolutely don’t have words for how chic and comfortable. Jean Luc’s flat is! The bedding was magnificent and the textiles and lighting were very luxurious and beautiful. We even talked about hiring a photographer to do a photo shoot of our friends there because the space was so exceptional. John Luke went above and beyond to accommodate everything that we needed during our trip and even made a special trip to the post office to send medication to our next location that we had left behind on accident. He is a gentleman and a wonderful host!

We stayed in the cottage in St. [City Name] from June 19 to 30, 2025. Martin Le Gaillard. Everything was clearly arranged and communicated. A beautiful stay in a rural style, where we could heat the living room with the wood stove on evenings when it got a bit chilly. The residence is located in a fairly large, enclosed courtyard, so there is a lot of privacy. St. Martin is a small village, not far from the coast. We had our bikes with us and, partly due to the beautiful weather, we did bike rides most days. There are excellent bike paths in a beautiful nature reserve, especially around the bay of the Somme, but also along the river.

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!
