The cottage was a peaceful and relaxing , Annie’s little cottage has a old fashion style setting it reminded my mother of the house she grew up in with the lay out and the antique boiler in the laundry still there as part of the houses attraction. there was 7 of us who booked the house and all agreed it has a most unique quality about it . It has no dishwasher so it was old school which was great do t need modern coms when you visit little country cottages like this one … Annie also supplied us with some basic staples in the kitchen and also made a really awesome slice … overall really happy with this stay … the price is worth the peace and quiet and hope to be back one day …

Mirrimina Farm Stay was a lovely retreat and escape from the city life. The farm was beautiful with stunning views and the rooms were nice and comfy with heating in each of them, making it perfect for winter stays. It’s an ideal getaway for groups, offering ample space and activities to enjoy together. Bob, the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home. We had such a great time, that we will definitely be back again. Thanks

A little further out than we thought but that’s ok just take food with you, great meal at the local pub down the road. Beautiful location lots of room and the dogs loved it

It was great to have a break from the busy city buzz. The cottage is located nicely in a secluded area by the creek. You will feel you are reconnected with the nature.

We had a great stay at this beautiful bush property. Saddlers Cottage is a hidden gem away to get away from it all. Recommend you arrive in the daylight to find the entry road and navigate up the drive to the property. Saddlers Cottage is equipped with fireplace, cooktop, and fridge for keeping warm and cooking. Also well stocked with books to read - as you digital detox and listen to the sounds of the birds outside. Our highlight was cooking outside on the open fire under the stars!

This was a great venue for a weekend riding the local gravel roads with a group of friends. Excellent communal areas, and enough space for us all.

We loved our stay at St Helena. The Dairy is so beautiful and cozy. We loved having the fireplace going and took advantage of the outdoor bath under the lights and stars. The location is a bit of a drive but’s it’s such stunning country well worth it. The hosts were away but that made no difference they had everything covered. The little touches were much appreciated and you can tell the renovation of the farm buildings has been lovingly done with care. Thank you and we highly recommend for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Incredibly peaceful cottage stay. Beautiful location with birds, cows, horses and kangaroos. Sunrises and sunsets were the highlight in the Bylong Valley. Cottage had everything I needed to be off the grid and relax, including plenty of Matt Damon DVDs! The claw-footed bath was super relaxing.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Coquun Cottage and it truly exceeded our expectations. The place was squeaky clean and beautifully decorated, with a perfect cottage vibe—cozy, charming, and so thoughtfully put together. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. Annie went above and beyond by leaving us fresh brownies and Easter chocolate eggs, which was such a sweet and personal touch. There was plenty of firewood and lots of little extras to enjoy throughout our stay. Her communication and instructions were very clear and prompt, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The view from the cottage is absolutely stunning—you feel so close to nature, and the peaceful riverbank just adds to the magic. Hands down, this has been my best Airbnb experience so far. Thank you, Annie, for making it so special!

More expensive than most but worth every cent. If you believe price is an indicator of quality you are going to be pleasantly surprised, it's exceptional. Beautifully renovated with every amenity. It was so welcoming, we arrived at 4pm in the rain with the mist on the mountains. The lights and heating were on, the fire stacked and ready to light and the basics that might have been forgotten in the fridge. the bathrooms are gorgeous, with under floor heating. We have paid plenty in the past and stayed from Narrabeen to MacMahons point and Paddys Cottage is hands down the best. We were racing in Scone and the trip is an easy 30 min, even in the dark. the roos pop past and the cows are tranquil. This is well worth a visit for a quiet weekend in a cottage that is home away from home.

I am lost for words on how beautiful this property truly is. From the moment we made the booking, Catherine guided us to the perfect getaway and made us feel so welcome. When opening the door to our accommodation, a fresh scent of linen and flowers filled the air, the decor was gentle, relaxed and pristine. There is nothing that has not been thought of, from a fireplace ready to light, an outdoor bath ready to fill, that sits under a gorgeous fig tree dappled with fairy lights, a luxurious bathroom with special touches and a comfy bed to melt into at the end of the day. The location was perfect for us, with the beautiful wildlife that surrounds the farm, swims in the river, leisurely walks with so many photo opportunities, top picnic spots and great advantage points to watch the sunset. Thank you so much for having us, a truly memorable trip, we can't wait to come back.

Great property, very peaceful environment.

It was fantastic to be at Jane's property once again, it's a cozy place with a family atmosphere. The owners are wonderful people. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax, go for a walk and loves contact with nature.

Beautiful views and very peaceful! Nathan was excellent with communication, very responsive and helpful. The place is even more stunning than in the photos. The only downside was that the coffee machine didn’t work, and the kitchen amenities could use an update. There weren’t enough wine glasses, bowls, etc., for the number of guests the house accommodates. Also, it’s best to have a 4x4 vehicle to access the property, especially if it’s been raining. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it!

I would definitely recommend staying at this uniquely designed and appointed property. Plenty of outdoor dining space to entertain, with well maintained gardens.
