It was a wonderfully quiet stay in the middle of nature 😍

We had a great time in the great castle estate. Otto is a great host. The beer garden in the courtyard was also great. All in all: we will definitely be back!

Christine’s place was nothing short of amazing. From the incredibly warm welcome and fruit basket at the top of the stairs to the always available gym and laundry facilities, I could not have asked for a nicer place in such an ideal location. I look forward to staying with Christine and her family again. Amazing property with an even more amazing host.

Spacious, quiet apartment in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Thuringian Forest. Several hiking trails start in front of the door. Sunny southern slope location. The small garden and the possibilities to linger on site very pleasant. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything necessary. In the foyer there is extensive information about activities of all kinds. The contact with our hosts was pleasant and straightforward. The request for an earlier check in was answered positively. The apartment is really nice, was very clean and also spacious. I was there alone, but if there are two of you, you definitely don't squat on the pelle. Mathias was always easy to reach and kindly let me check out a little later. The property has a parking space and it alone made me very happy. The next time I come to Plauen, I'll definitely book here again.

Leona and Wolfgang were very welcoming throughout my stay. We had a wonderful short break over Pentecost in this fantastic holiday home. The furnishings really left nothing to be desired. A special highlight for us and our dogs was the completely and safely fenced garden - just perfect! We enjoyed the evenings on the cozy terrace with its fantastic view and used the existing grill for great barbecue evenings. The fact that even charcoal was thought of is just one of many details that make the stay so special. Since it was a bit chilly for the season, we used the fireplace, which created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere in no time. The host was extremely nice, uncomplicated and quickly available at any time for questions. You felt immediately welcome. The surroundings of Bad Elster are also ideal for long walks with dogs and also a paradise for geocachers. We recovered incredibly well in the short time and would have liked to stay longer.

As special as the accommodation rooms are, so special is the whole house and the hosts. If you are looking for a fun-loving colorful and lively accommodation beyond the mainstream, this is the place to be. In addition, you can enjoy the idyllic, village location, especially if you want to get out of the big city hustle and bustle. It is important to know that depending on the room, you are very close to family life. For me, it was the first experience of this kind and I am very satisfied. We stayed at the property with 6 adults, 2 kindergarten children and 2 infants for a few days. The place was a great fit for our needs, amenities were great. A second bathroom would have been comfortable for so many people. You can do a lot of things in the area. Otto was always approachable, and also gave us tips. The Umgag was straightforward. We all felt very comfortable!

Unfortunately, I didn't see Rita at all because I arrived late and had to leave early, but she sent me a video to show me where I could find the key and the room and bathroom, which was super helpful. I found everything beautifully clean and cleaned and was able to sleep super well in the comfortable bed. Also great were the dodging curtains, which was great for sleeping well. The area around the house is very quiet and in a few minutes (by car) there are all kinds of shopping and dining options in Hof. I would have liked to have stayed longer!

Very nice and modern apartment in a very quiet location. The connections are optimal, so you can quickly get to Bamberg and Nuremberg, among other places! We booked the whole house as we were 4 married couples. We felt comfortable and everyone was very happy. The hosts were friendly and willing to assist at any time. The location is suitable for both outdoors activities - kayaking, hiking, rodelban, etc and cultural and historical tourism.
