Family-friendly holiday rentals in Untergriesbach

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

Very nice and high-quality furnished chalet. We lacked nothing, neither the equipment of the kitchen nor that of the other rooms left anything to be desired. The location and the surrounding nature are indescribably beautiful and invite you to take both shorter walks and longer hikes. Tourist "hotspots" such as the treetop path are also easy to reach by car. Another highlight is the wellness equipment, which was really easy to use after a short introduction. The combination of sauna and whirlpool ensures total relaxation and recovery from everyday life. The cleanliness of the chalet and the furnishings should be emphasized. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back☺️.

Vladi, Suzy, and their team provided exceptional hospitality, offering great tips for local excursions. The accommodation was charming, spacious, and perfect for our stay. My children (13&14) especially loved the poolhouse. We had a fantastic time with a variety of activities, including fishing, swimming, bowling, shopping, and visiting sights like Baumwipfelweg in Lipno, Cesky Krumlov’s Mantelbrücke, and the ice hokey game in Budvar (IHFF Women's World Championship). We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for everything!

Bernhard was a very good and friendly host. The self-check-in worked smoothly. Bernhard was absolutely reliable for questions. The apartment exceeded our expectations, especially considering the size and is a great starting point for excursions towards Salzburg and the surrounding area. For visitors with smaller children, it is worth noting that the sleeping area is designed as a gallery. This can be seen from the photos, but we were kind of surprised - but definitely positive in our case. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs, we were also very pleased about the Nespresso coffee machine and corresponding capsules (guest gift). The accommodation was a good base for our wonderful holiday.

Lovely place in the country. We walked the 5km into CK and back and enjoyed the nature On route. The apartment was great. Bed was comfortable. You just need to be aware that to get to one bedroom you need to walk through the other which was something we didn’t realise from the listing. Overall a great place to stay

We were able to book the accommodation for our family of 4 (daughter 4 years, son 1 1/2 years) for 3 days very spontaneously and are very, very happy about this coincidence! The accommodation was even more beautiful than shown in the photos, especially the surrounding area was a real paradise for our children, including a petting zoo! Petra welcomed us warmly and was quick to reach with all concerns/ questions. The accommodation is located not far from the (very touristy) city of Krumau and the large lake. Perfect for day trips. We can fully recommend staying with Petra!!

The stay was great. When we needed anything, Veronika responded right away. I recommend. Close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Beautiful environment, forests all around, peace and quiet. The cottage is very nice, very comfortably equipped, all the amenities that a person may need are available. There is nothing to complain about, we highly recommend it.

Completely satisfied for us! Beautiful surroundings, silence, peace, beautiful views and great landscapes. The place was just like the photos, and I can't really complain about it.

Everything was good, just one suggestion: it would be great if a glass panel could be installed on the bathtub to prevent water from splashing out while showering. Without it, taking a shower is a bit difficult as the bathroom gets wet.

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is in a quiet location and surrounded by a lot of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was simply a matter of arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

Radek’s place was very good, large, clean with all necessary amenities plus Wifi works well. There are few self contained apartments within the large villa located on the hill above the town centre. It is approx 8 minutes drive to get there and a free parking is available at the premises. We have enjoyed staying at Radek’s Villa and would certainly recommend to stay there to anyone preferably with own vehicle.

We stayed four days for a birthday party with about 20-25 people on site and this cabin was perfect for that. There are plenty of beds (more than indicated, namely 28), newly renovated bathrooms with rain shower, a super equipped kitchen, cozy rooms to sit, a large garden with fire pit and options to sit outside in the sun everywhere:) View is beautiful and the starry sky wonderful. Both the beverage service and ordering from the bakery was straightforward. The landlords are very accessible and likeable. What else could you ask for? We would come back anytime. Thank you!

Had a great stay! The accommodation is very secluded, it is extremely quiet... just the right thing to just unwind. The contact with Nicola was always very pleasant and she was very helpful at all times!

We had a very nice time at Renate's - Renate is a warm hostess, in whose accommodation we felt very comfortable. Both the house and the garden are very individually furnished & designed & have a very special charm. The surroundings are also fantastically beautiful & all in all we can only recommend the studio house!

The apartment is located on the edge of the holiday resort and therefore the view towards Hauzenberg and the surrounding area is unspoiled and beautiful. It is extremely quiet. The holiday resort is very well maintained thanks to dedicated caretakers. The outdoor pool is a bit chilly. The indoor pool is a little warmer. In combination with the sauna, where you have to register for use (if others have not already done so), it is very pleasant. The apartment is quite well equipped. The mattress of the double bed is a little soft (matter of taste).

Very nice, especially Hauzenberg has plenty to offer. A granite museum, granite quarries, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds, swimming lake and many opportunities to do sports. Directly at the apartment there is a nice pool, a sauna with indoor pool. All in all very nice and recommended.

It was the second time we stayed at Anke's accommodation. We will definitely come again:)

A very nice cottage in beautiful countryside. You are immediately on vacation and do not want to end the vacation.
