The property is located at an altitude of about 1,250 m and is characterized by its cozy atmosphere and quiet location at the end of the access road. It is only about 5 minutes by car to the lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer). The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, a bakery is near the lifts. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
