There a few places in PR, Caribbean and US that offer the magical experience that Mont Carpe Diem does. It is a true gem hidden in the mountains of Bayamon. The hosts are extraordinary and their chef is truly talented. We had a wonderful time with Yohandra and Pedro who went out of their way to make us feel right at home. We stayed at the Bali cabin and at the Luxury King Room and they were both amazing in their own way. Being in nature and having the pleasure of exploring the amazing 21 acre property, with ocean and city views that leave you breathless no matter if it is sunrise or sunset, sunny or rainy…it is simply put beautiful altogether. Mix that with a precious family of peacocks which add to the splendor of the place. This is a must do! For special occasions, celebrations or to simply escape from the routine. Our family enjoyed it at its best…truly unforgettable!

Wonderful clean updated cottage on beautiful beach. The only thing missing was an umbrella or canopy for shade while sitting on the beach. I’m pretty fair skinned and would’ve enjoyed the beach more with some shade.

Heather and Ty are excellent hosts: attentive, respectful, friendly, sharing, experienced, and overall good peeps. We will be back!

Mr.Tom was very welcoming. My flight was changed causing me to arrive hours early before check in was scheduled. I contacted Mr.Tom about this and asked him if it was possible to check in a couple hours early. He was very understanding and helpful and allowed me to check in at an early time. The views that you get outside the villas are actually breath taking and memorable. I will definitely make this my go to spot. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MR.TOM!

My sister lived her visit here when her daughter was a newborn 9 years ago. It’s now upgraded a outdoor hot tub with a fantastic view of the Atlantic from it’s perch on the foothills of Puerto Rico’s beautiful Yunque rain forest. We even did a night hike in nearby El Yunque National Park!This is a place of calm, peace, and nature. Beautiful and restorative. We really enjoyed our time here!

Finding this spot was a true gift for us - gorgeous, away from it all, down to earth farm in the islands. We felt at home, being homesteaders ourselves. We were warmly welcomed, loved hearing about their work and mission, and enjoyed every interaction we had with the whole farm family ❤️ It is a working farm, and still they were so generous and kind with their time talking with us. We also were lucky enough to purchase fresh produce to take for our stay on another island, absolutely divine! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Desde que llegamos, se sintió como un hogar lejos de casa—acogedora, cómoda y con cada detalle bien pensado. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para recorrer toda la isla fácilmente. Estábamos muy cerca de playas realmente hermosas, lo que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo del entorno natural. Por las noches, el sonido de la naturaleza era simplemente mágico. Sentarse a escuchar la tranquilidad fue una experiencia que nos conectó de una manera muy especial, por las mañanas, disfrutar de una taza de café con esa vista tan especial fue el mejor comienzo del día. Esta casita hizo que nuestro viaje fuera inolvidable. La recomendamos con los ojos cerrados para quienes buscan una estadía única y con mucho encanto.

We loved staying at Dalia’s ! It was definitely the highlight of our trip. She is extremely responsive and so so kind. She even allowed us a late check because our flight was later that evening. We couldn’t thank her enough. Also, the views were incredible. We can’t wait to tell our friends ! 🤍

Beautiful location with beautiful Mountain View’s. Looks even better in person and Pedro was a great host was always available for recommendations questions and replies fast. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an amazing experience away from home.

My family and I had a great stay. The location is very beautiful like the photos. It felt private and safe. Ac was very cold,small but surprisingly spacious. We have stayed in multiple locations and this was our favorite. The best part was that our host was clear, responsive and recommended many things to do near by. If we could give 6 stars we would .

Tranquil Escape with a Pool! This Airbnb was the perfect peaceful retreat and exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. The property is nestled in nature, offering a quiet and rejuvenating getaway. I recommend getting the heated pool was an amazing bonus! It added a luxurious touch to the stay, making it even more enjoyable. The home itself had everything I needed. The outdoor space was especially great for soaking in the serene atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet escape with great amenities (including that wonderful pool!), this place is worth it. The host was attentive, and the whole experience was seamless. I’d love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place after a long day of travel. I immediately felt relaxed here and loved sitting on the porch at night listening to the frogs, bugs, wind, waves, and rain. The space is super cute and the property is really peaceful. It’s not exactly walkable to anything, but the location was easy driving distance to everything I wanted to do. The A/C cools down the space quickly, but it’s also nice to have everything open to get the breeze through. The pool was nice to have after a long day exploring El Yunque. I would definitely stay here again and for longer next time!

Mayra’s stay was peaceful and calming. My boyfriend and I booked on a whim when we needed a change of locations and we are so happy we did! We were able to relax and enjoy being surrounded by nature. We were primarily there to sleep but we found a great restaurant for dinner 20 min away called Vista Al Mar that we loved! Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet escape.

This place is a gem and my family wants to move there permanently !! Rachel was amazingly quick to respond, gave great instructions on everything, and her place is just adorable. It is simple but has adequate cooking supplies, comfortable beds, a phenomenal outdoor shower and she even has beach equipment to borrow. The location is so close to town but also on top of the rain forest- it’s simply perfect. Don’t miss this for a hotel!

This was a amazing and peaceful vacation. First, let me describe in place. It is a perfect place for couple who really want to get away from everything. It will give you the true experience of being in San Juan. It is like 45 minutes from all the attractions. You can’t ask for anymore in a true getaway. The pool at night is amazing. The host made everything I wanted happen from massage, photographer and anything else we needed/wanted. Will definitely stay again on next visit.
