A great place to stay! Clean, safe and the private beach is gorgeous. It's a decent drive to the main attractions of Puerto Rico (Rainforest, main beaches, San Juan/airport). We did experience the power going out however the generator Josue has is very helpful and he provides fans in each room which was a nice touch. Definitely recommended!

The place is exactly as it is in the photo. It has a great view. It's in the best area. Everything you need is around pharmacy , restaurant , bar, beach 3min away . I felt super safe and it’s super clean.

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Rosemary’s place was wonderful for my trip to PR! It was in a great location, quiet, clean, and any questions we had were answered almost immediately! 10/10 would recommend.

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Nothing short than the perfect stay. The building and apartment were just as beautiful as the pictures and extremely clean. Concierge was 24/7 and common spaces were quiet and clean. Everything we needed was walkable or a short drive away (Very affordable Uber wise). The apartment had everything we needed including good quality kitchen supplies, toiletries and towels. Great AC system. Easy check-in/check-out. Dahiana was super responsive to the point we could ask her a question while shopping and got a response before we made it to the next aisle. We got there early and left our bags and walked to a very good Mexican restaurant.

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Jenny’s place was absolutely beautiful. The terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy the view. We had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive of our needs and the location was perfect for our adventures. We will definitely recommend their place.

Honestly this place was amazing not only did it look beautiful, but it felt like home, local places are not that far away from this place and close to the beach. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

This condo had everything we needed and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The large deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean and the views are spectacular. The deck doors open wide and let in the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Restaurants and beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The exterior of the condo - the deck area and the building/grounds themselves are in need of maintenance. That is likely out of the host's control, but the photos of the deck area and exterior don't match the actual condition. The pool was closed during our stay. It was not a problem for us at all but mentioning just so others are aware. As is true with many properties in the area, it's a process to get in and out. There's a gate (which an opener is provided for once you've checked in) and 4 keys needed to access the building, the ground and the condo itself.

Amazing Stay! My wife and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb . The place was spotless, peaceful, and extremely well-organized. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. Highly recommended!! we would definitely stay here again!

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Great studio in a great location! Very close to the beach as well. The condo was very clean and updated.

We loved our stay at Sunset Watch Villa in Nail Bay Estates, Virgin Gorda BVI. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the pool, outdoor sitting areas with great ocean views, and steps down to the private beach. With a rental car, we were within easy reach of Savannah Bay — our favorite beach on the island —Leverick Bay, Spanish Town, and the Baths. Sonny and Ajit were very responsive to all our questions and needs. We definitely recommend Sunset Watch Villa to anyone visiting Virgin Gorda or BVI and hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

It was an amazing stay, my family and I enjoyed it. Nelson was a very great host, would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I would also be going back for another stay. My mission for my husband to reunite him with his dad was a successful mission all thanks to Nelson.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. Beautiful home, location, safe. Host was willing, friendly and respectful. They were just a text away when needed. Home had an amazing terrace with a great view. Beds were comfortable and clean. We recommend and would stay again.

The place was absolutely beautiful, the view indescribable so peaceful and relaxing great for your kids & just to enjoy. If i could put 20 stars i would the place was so clean , Santos was so friendly & generous & very welcoming , definitely well worth the price for EVERYTHING you get . They have delicious food places near by and affordable if you’re on a budget . This is definitely going to be my go to place with my family when coming back to Puerto Rico my kids loved the pool the design everything ! 100/10 so glad my family and i chose this place to stay can’t wait to be back !

House and service was amazing all around anytime we had a slight issue Alan and Roy were beyond helpful they are amazing hosts and keep the house in wonderful shape I would recommend this place to anyone and I will probably come back myself.
