Cynthia and her team were amazing. From the moment we booked until we left, the communication was prompt and helpful. The place is Heaven on Earth! The views are amazing and very private. There are gorgeous paths on the property with exotic plants and wildlife. The hosts have everything you will need, including aloe for sunburns, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels, coolers, etc. This is probably the nicest and most well appointed rental we have stayed in. The location is quiet and only a short drive to restaurants, the market, marina, beaches and hikes. However, being at the far end of the island, everything is scaled down and there are fewer people. We found uninhabited beaches and some of the best hiking ever. If you don't like crowds, this is the place for you. Highly recommend.

enjoyed every minute at meritage! You barely hear traffic there, just waves and nature.. spectacular views and privacy..I was on the balcony every chance I had just staring off into the distance.. so relaxing! The place was perfect for the two of us. Close enough to cruz bay for dinner etc, but far enough out that it was peaceful and relaxing. They have a bigger house right next store that I was worried would be loud, but honestly barely heard them. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit if available!

The house is beautiful just as Anabel describes it. Everything was organized and clean ready for us to stay at. The only thing is you need to be prepared for the drive to the house there’s a lot of ups and down and curves through the hills you need to be very careful. The house itself is 20 minutes from the main road to where stores are at but those 20 minutes feel much longer because of the curves and up and downs of the roads.

The home was perfect for our needs with a beautiful view of Buck Island. The beds were comfy and the place very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Christine and Stacie were very responsive to our questions. The home is in a great area and so easy to find. Hopefully we will be back.

A lovely week for our family vacation to St John! Fair Winds is very private, cozy, and comfortable. The VIEW IS AMAZING. We stargazed every night and felt the trade winds cool us off after an outdoor shower in paradise. The kids loved staying in the guest house while us parents stayed in the main house bedroom. Thank you, Margaret for meeting us in Coral Bay and leading us up the mountain so we knew exactly where to go!

Great get away to the lovely Fairwinds. Coral Bay is a treasure and Margaret was terrific - greeting us to lead us up the house on our arrival and very responsive to our questions. Great trip!

Lynn’s place was perfect for us as 2 couples visiting St. John. Close to everything and with beautiful views, we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was also really well-equipped which was much appreciated!

We had an amazing stay at Bon Bini. It was very secluded, had everything we needed in the perfect amount of space for (1) couple, and Emily was an amazing host. She gave extremely clear instructions on not only getting to the house, but also best rental recommendations and Ferry options for traveling to St. John. She was also very responsive when we had questions about local groceries and things of that nature. We would love to come back again and would recommend to anyone traveling with their friend, or partner!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Seabreeze. Everything was as listed. View was wonderful. Enjoyed the dipping pool after a day full of activities. Appreciate that they had a backup generator on case power went out (it didn’t). The house was very clean and had all the essentials. We asked for recommendations on where to get fresh seafood and they gifted us some fresh mahi mahi they had that was wonderful! Great place overall.

They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and we did! The place was absolutely beautiful with hands down the best views on the island!! If you're looking for a private place to stay with truly million dollar views and taking a dip in your own private pool, don't look any further and book this right away! More than a Airbnb, this place a community of wonderful people congregating in a beautiful natural atmosphere. The two other groups there with me both have been going there yearly for almost a decade and it’s clear why. We even got offered a boat trip snorkeling in the middle of the bay among other hospitality! A fantastic place to support

This was a beautiful place and great for reconnecting with nature. Extremely peaceful and the view is wonderful. Host was amazing and very helpful and responsive. I would go here again if given the chance!

The place was exceed my expectation regarding the beautiful surroundings, amenities and quietness of the house. We were in for a beach weekend but stay a lot in the house because is a place to enjoy. After a busy day in the beach, return to sleep, make dinner and take a nap in the hammocks is spectacular.

We had an amazing stay at Pooja’s we highly recommend staying at this airbnb. We enjoyed the area and the views are incredible. You can hear and feel the ocean breeze from the bedroom. It’s close to many hikes, beaches, attractions and an all around great location and place to stay!

Where do I start? My main goal here was to find a Airbnb that had some culture & that’s exactly what I got. Everything that I wanted was there, all the cooking essential, cleaning essentials, even beach essentials. The record player was my favorite part of it all. Playing actual music on a record player made the atmosphere feel unique. The main reason I wanted to stay in this area was to feel like I’m with the people of Puerto Rico & that’s exactly what I got with this Airbnb. Behind the property was 2 chairs that showed one of the bad bunny album covers which really was a cherry on top. If you are looking to save money around the area while hitting the beach & eating good food and drinks all in one, this is the area for you. I heard birds chirping all hours of the day which I found really cool. Some people might not like that so that’s a heads up ! My overall experience was great & I don’t have any complaints. It was a great pleasure to stay at this beautiful home.

Holly and Debbie's place was perfect! It was close enough to Cruz Bay but in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the covered porch when it rained. The pool was refreshing and we loved sitting and having coffee on the deck in the morning. The cottage was cozy and comfortable inside and out very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described. We liked the location that was close to town but away from the main area. Very convenient and also nice to walk the neighborhood. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Bill and Emily's Lameshur Guest Cottage! We had flamingos on the pond next door every morning and beautiful weather. Bill was easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and gave good recommendations for where to go, what rental company to use, etc. The place was well stocked when we got there with paper towels, toilet paper, linens and towels, coffee (which is expensive to buy there so very nice to have!) and basic kitchen necessities. All kitchen appliances, pots/pans, silverware etc were in really good condition and made it nice to make ourselves meals when we wanted to. Bill went above and beyond to provide amenities for guests that surpassed what was shown in the listing! They had a snorkel/feet washing station, snacks and drinks available for purchase on-site, and a small vacuum for cleaning sand out of the rental Jeep before returning it. I will recommend this place to everyone and anticipate visiting again someday!

Perfect place to spend time in a lovely facility. There is no need to visit any local place. If you prefer delivery, there is a local place with a very extensive menu. The owner has a truly clear knowledge of how to run a rental place with special attention to detail and with HIGH STANDARDS. Our stay was FLAWLESS!!! We'll be back!

We enjoy our stay. Love the place. Everything was clean. What we love the most was the proximity to the beach. Easy access and private space.

I loved my stay here, Tim gave great recommendations for popular beaches. We had a warm welcome and departure. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to say during my birthday trip it was truly amazing. The amenities were well stocked and we packed light so no need for us to bring beach towels which saved us on space. They were very responsive and quick with everything asked. The home being pink was the icing on the cake!

Very nice place. Vieques was a bigger island than we had anticipated, and it was a drive to some of the popular beaches and sites, but we liked being near the main town and Playa Bastimento.

I stayed here while attending a beach tennis tournament on Water Island with my friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was peaceful and private, but still close enough to the ferry and Honeymoon Beach. The host was super responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. After long days at the beach, it was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in St. Thomas!
