Molly was a great host, everything was exactly as advertised and she quickly responded to every question I had. One of the most friendly people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with while traveling and I could not have been happier with my experience staying at her place! 10/10

The place was as described, close to Red Hook and very short walk to Sapphire Beach! Had two swimming pools available to use, grills to cook on, etc. Sue was very helpful and responsive, would definitely stay at her place again!

LISTEN TO YOUR HOST! Laverne strongly recommended we get a rental car — my wife and I love to walk so we didn’t get one — we will not go back to St. Thomas unless we rent a car! Now the space: the pictures don’t do it justice the bedroom, pool area, bathroom, and living room are larger than perceived in photos and the kitchen has ample room for one cook at a time, two if you’re skilled! All areas of the accommodation were spotless and insectless inside! The bed is better than ours at home and we’re still thinking about that one of a kind bathroom and the pool lights! I swear the walls are sound proof, there were families in either side of us with kids and we never heard a peep inside. The property grounds and walkways are well maintained Laverne is a master of instructions. We never had to double text, ask what was meant, clarify our end, it was smoother than we had even hoped and for that we would recommend this place to anyone, especially for their honeymoon like we did!

Every inch was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. The view from the balcony was wonderful! We couldn’t have asked for a better home base while visiting St. Croix. If you're looking for a comfortable, chic, and well-appointed stay hosted by people who truly care, this is it. Overall great location, and beautiful view. clean and tidy with very friendly and responsive feedback from the host. one minor thing that seems rather temporary was the noise from the industrial air con, located nearby the building but still manageable and something we did get used to after first night.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Cliff Villa. The views from the balcony were beautiful and very relaxing. The Villa was stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay including beach towels, coolers, chairs, tanning lotion, etc. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook onsite (although we did not). The villa was very clean, furniture and bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well to keep the villa nice and comfortable inside. This location was central to the Red Hook area as well as Charlotte Amalie. We would definitely stay here again. Since we did most of the touristy things this time, we would try to visit more of the places the locals frequent next time. In my opinion, the exterior of the property, including the landscaping, is in need of upgrades to enhance its overall appearance.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I as well as our 9 month old came to visit St. Thomas for the first time and this was the perfect place to be. Kristin had a pack and play ready for our baby to use along with additional sheets and blankets. It was super clean and had a lot of amenities such as abundant kitchen utensils/pots/pans, beach chairs, beach toys, parking for the car we rented, and of course, super close access to the beach. The view from the condo is amazing. We had rain unfortunately but the view was sill stunning. Kristin was very easy to communicate with and she sent us a list of recommendations nearby as well as the cruise ship schedule which allowed us to see which beaches may be crowded at those times. There are restaurants on site as well as a gift shop and coffee shop. All other attractions and cities are within a short drive from Sapphire Beach which was awesome. We got to go to Carnival nights… so much fun!!

Hands down the BEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. Cinda’s place really is amazing. It was spotless clean and had everything you would need and then some. From loofas for the showers to a few local beers in the fridge waiting for us. The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured and completely breathtaking. Multiple pools steps out the door from the condo as well as 2 restaurants. Sun and sea and ocean 180. (Get the surf and turf tacos from Sun and Sea) The entire condo is extremely modern and high end there really isn’t a single downside to this place. Taxis are easy to get right outside of your door and so many beach’s and restaurants close by. Cinda provides you with a massive packet of things to do and must sees while there. She goes above and beyond in every way and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Not only was it the best air bnb we’ve ever had but the best host as well it’s clear how much she cares about your stay. Thank you Cinda! We will be back!

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

This home is located in the heart of Old San Juan across from several bars. We loved the walkable area and being able to walk downstairs and grab a bite to eat or a drink whenever we felt like it. The home was tiny but perfect for 2 and super comfy. There was so much history within the apartment! The AC in the room was perfect. I will say that the bed only had a thin sheet and throw blanket on it and I struggled with that. Keep that in mind if you like to snuggle up with a nice comforter. Overall I had an amazing experience staying here and felt super safe!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place and exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment was super clean and everything was so well thought out and decorated. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. There are a few local spots for food, but the kitchen was really well stocked and great for cooking at home. We’ll definitely book again on our next trip to PR. Thank you for hosting us!

I cannot say enough positive things about David and this place! We got onto the island and long story short we couldn’t stay where we originally booked. This posting was available, it was 7 PM and David not only confirmed my booking within <5 minutes, but he also made sure that the place was unlocked and ready for us. It was clean and so comfortable. The views were INCREDIBLE. absolutely breathtaking. When I return to St. John one day, this is the only place I will consider booking. Highly recommend.

Javier was very friendly , accommodating and helpful. Place was sooooo close to the beach. If you have kids I recommend staying here due to the area of beach. If you walk out the gate to beach town left and walk down until you see a pool like areas very kid friendly. To your right you’ll have more activities like, jet skis, parasailing, banana boat, pins coladas, chairs with umbrellas. Also location is close to a bunch of restaurants walking distance highly recommend Bistro Cafe.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided great local tips. The location was perfect—beach front,close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Deb and Rob were gracious hosts who described their apartment accurately in their listing. They were proactive in their communication, check-in was easy, the apartment was perfect for two, and we look forward to returning next year! The location was a five-minute walk from Sapphire Beach and the Marina, where we took Deb and Rob up on their offer to go sailing and snorkeling - worth the additional booking. This little slice of paradise has been so thoughtfully curated. Dionne was a host supreme, between being accommodating to our early arrivals and late departures, to giving us crystal clear directions on how to find this private villa, to local recommendations. Upon arrival the windows of the space were open and jazz was playing. Just incredible. Very private, very remote. Closest grocery store is ~3 miles away and most restaurants were in other neighborhoods. This was ideal for us but if you’re looking for something more in the middle of things, this might not be the spot for you. That said everything we wanted to do was drivable, the longest we drove was 30 min to red hook. All manageable! Cannot recommend this space enough! I feel so lucky we were able to book this spot for our week long vacation.

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Located within the gated golf community of Mahogany Run, we felt very safe and secure. The condo was extremely clean and the view and surroundings were just beautiful. The value for what we paid was great. It was just the two of us, but we could have easily shared the place with another couple. The way that the property is laid out provides plenty of privacy. We will absolutely consider staying here again upon our return to St Thomas. Covered parking is definitely a plus! Loved everything about this place! Thanks again to Megan our host who was very responsive and professional!

We had a great time at Aubrey and Tessa’s place. It was very easy to grab a taxi at the bottom of the hill and very convenient. They supply everything to make it a great experience (chairs, cooler, bag, toiletries, linens, beach towels, dishes, etc). Both Aubrey and Tessa were very responsive and helpful with check-in and providing recommendations for places to go and things to do while on the island. Will definitely be considering their place again the next time we’re on the island.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The location was PERFECT. The condo was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The welcome packet that Mike provided was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful stay and absolutely incredible views from the balcony!! Loved this stay so much and is located in a resort that has everything you could need. I was at a wedding in St John for the weekend and stayed here for 2 days after to restore and rejuvenate after a wild weekend before flying home and it was perfection.
