Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

This is without a doubt the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The amenities were amazing, and we had no lack of things to do! The kitchen was fully stocked when we arrived, full of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The bathrooms were like hotel bathrooms, with cabinets full of disposable toothbrushes and razors, plus hotel soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the showers. It was very spacious, and we all slept comfortably as the beds were all large, comfortable and clean. The details of the space were immaculate, as it all fit the theme, and demonstrated the city of Knoxville well! It’s within walking distance of Market Square, the Tennessee Theater, and a large portion of Downtown Knoxville! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the place! It made my wedding weekend so much better than it already was!!

I came into town for a funeral and this Airbnb was perfect for just me. It was clean and decorated very nicely. There is a door that connects to the unit next door, but the neighbors were very quiet. I would stay here again if I ever was in town.

This is my second time staying at John’s place. It was just as I remembered it. Very peaceful and private. He was super quick to respond and had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

My daughter and I stayed here for only a few short hours as we drove from AR to NC. We arrived around 1am and left by 8am. It was so comfortable and exactly what we needed after stressful, stormy drive. Also I highly recommend Knead Donuts! They had some amazing, delicious creations.

We had a wonderful time… The place was clean and very close to everything that we needed. We loved the extra effort taken into giving us popcorn and the blueberry muffins at arrival. The water pressure was incredible. The bed was comfortable. All the amenities were awesome. Our next trip to Knoxville… We will be back.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

Awesome place! We were only here for a night as a last minute place but will definitely come back. Super clean, yard to play in, water and mountain view, and even had toys for the little one to play with.

Always look forward to staying at her place!

Beautiful condo! It was great for our family of 6. We rented a golf cart, which made it easier to get around. Chris was very responsive! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great! We had nine people ages 16-47. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We brought our wake boat and parking at the dock was easy and being in a cove with no wake was even better. Josh was very easy to communicate with and always responsive! Thanks for a great week!

Kim’s place exceeded all of our expectations! The house was clean, easy setup instructions, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed! The place was unbelievably cool! I had never seen a floating house before and it was amazing! Wake up in the morning and you have the stillness of the lake! Kim had everything you needed to relax and have fun! (Kayaks, fishing poles, floaties, Lilly pad, a grill, games, and of course a pontoon to get around!). My three teenage kids had a blast as well and was already talking about wanting to come back next year! The communication with Kim was great as well! She was always very responsive and answered all of our questions! Definitely would recommend this place to all of our friends!

Not only was the space everything I was looking for but Julie was such an incredible host with her communication and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

As Good as It Gets is Top Notch! Clean, perfect size, beds comfortable - woke up every morning feeling like I was in my own home. Perfect location - walking distance to Old City & Downtown! Price was right! Safe and secure! Central to everything! Waaaaaay better than staying in hotel! Parking everywhere and yes, you have to pay for parking, but 24-hour lot rates are still cheaper than hotel parking charges. As a host, Blake is super friendly. He is extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiry. Check-in/Check-out process easy. Super pleased with whole experience and great value for the three days stay! Hope to stay there again at some point.

Despite the location above a busy intersection and restaurant, was reasonably quiet at night. Through, the periodic train passing through will wake you up each night.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful well designed/decorated duplex in very walkable quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/running trails. John and Amanda were super quick to respond to questions and take care of a small issue we had on the last night. Overall: loved it, would stay again!

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)
