A very comfortable apartment in a beautiful & convenient neighborhood. I enjoyed staying here, it felt very safe & private, and I slept great. It was a great choice & I would not hesitate to book again.

I’ve stayed at Malik’s place a few time now. Can’t be the location and what the place has to offer. Very rare to find a 2 bed 2 bath rental on Airbnb when I travel. Would stay again for many years to come.

Jacques Place was the best! My mom and I needed a place to stay after visiting Charlotte to see her brother. We needed a place that was close to the city center and easily accessible and we found that in this apartment. The home was squeaky clean and nothing out of place. We were only there for the night so didn’t get to use the wonderful kitchen setup or the amenities but it looked like a lovely complex. Easy access from the private parking garage made checking in and out a breeze. Jacques Place was welcoming and clear in their instruction. Thanks for the stay

Robin’s Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and well organized, she had a great assortment of snacks, and plenty of cooking equipment! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful felt just like home would stay again!

A Hidden Gem in SouthPark! Our stay at this charming basement apartment in SouthPark was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, stylish decor, and overall comfort the space provided. It truly felt like a private retreat tucked away in one of Charlotte’s most beautiful and walkable neighborhoods. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and luxurious. The furnishings were high-end and tastefully chosen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern bathroom felt spa-like. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, cozy living area, and beautifully crafted covered patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. Josh was an amazing host, very polite and responsive, and totally invested in making our stay an enjoyable experience. The home was absolutely lovely and inviting to include comfortable sleeping quarters, a beautiful gazebo with an outdoor television and string lights for the nighttime, and an open dining concept for those who love to cook and socialize with their family. Nice house for a group of people in a pretty secluded neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful, great hosts!

Our stay at Waxhaw, NC was a delightful one. Mike is a pleasant host and answered all my questions before hand. We arrived a few hours earlier than anticipated, and he was open to allow us to check in if the clean up crew was done. Once they were, he reached out to let me know that we are more than welcome to go to the property. The home is just as described. We had clean linens, running water, a clean space, and beds were comfy! We arrived during the day time, and left out a few hrs before dark, so we didn’t need lights on outside, but it is definitely dark coming in to the property at night, as there are no lights out front. We made use of the vehicle lights until we got inside. There was a friendly white cat and a little dog out front every night we got back to welcome us in. It was as if they were security for the property. My family and I joked around about it, because they hung out there for a while. All in all we had no complaints, and did enjoy our stay! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed! The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet not too far from everything I needed to do. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This place was great place to stay. Very nice and clean, has everything you need, dishes, ironing board, iron etc. The coffee corner was set up nice. And best of all you can walk to the town. We will definitely be staying here again!

Really nice place to stay at in CLT

I have been around Charlotte for a couple of weeks and this was the best place I have stayed in since I have been here!!!! For an apartment this was great! Everything you want and need was there. This was like being at home just in a different place. I would rent this place for a month for sure!

This is the second time that I have stayed here. It is in a very walkable area with restaurants, drugstore and market nearby. The place is always clean and in a safe area. Love that there is always coffee in the kitchen!
