Perfect spot for a group! The villa is beautiful, clean, and has great common areas to relax together. The host was super responsive and friendly, and the staff provided top-notch service. We especially loved the delicious included breakfast. Clean rooms, clean pool — everything was just right. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the villa was perfect, we enjoyed all the peace and quiet that the villa offers. Everything you need is within walking distance (beach, restaurants, bar, etc.), where you are greeted warmly by the locals every time, as if you have been living there for years. This is a little gem, hidden in a local area. Highly recommended.

My stay at this beautiful property in Zanzibar was incredible. The house is truly a dream—spacious, elegant, and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. The multiple terraces provide breath taking views, perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset, while the private pool and gardens offer the ultimate space to unwind. There is a very special feature in this property that is a private access to the ocean. It gives you your own slice of paradise. Place is amazing, very peaceful and private with incredible view. Host is very responsive and helpful. Caretaker is a wonderful person who was more than happy to assist in every way with great local knowledge and advice, can arrange any activities etc. Will certainly recommend and hope to visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the home was exactly like the photos if not better, we were welcomed with them most helpful, hands on, amazing staff. The location as well was perfect right on the beach and close to everywhere in Jambiani, would recommend this place if you are planning to come to Zanzibar !!

This villa is a real gem! Perched facing the sea, it offers a breathtaking view - impossible to get tired of, we were literally hypnotized by the landscape. The pool with direct ocean view is a real treat, and access to a quiet and peaceful beach makes the place even more magical. A true haven of peace! Our room, facing the sea, was just splendid — waking up with a view, moments of serenity, perfect. A huge thank you to David, always super welcoming, available and responsive (you know we won't forget your help, really🙏). Special mention also to the chef: the dishes were delicious, and it's a real plus when you just want to enjoy the villa to the fullest without having to move. Great value for money! Great place to live, very beautiful area, big pool, and delicious coffee in the recreation area

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

Our stay here was perfect- quiet and peaceful and safe - beautiful location easy walk to beach and restaurants- breakfast was always very good (could use a little variety/ but very good!!)

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.

Sheila was very kind and always cleaned our apartment perfectly. The location is excellent for accessing shopping options or the beach. The complex is clean, safe, and beautiful, with a great pool area. We will definitely come back again.
