Amazing stay at Onsen Ecopark! Everything exceeded my expectations during my one-night visit. The apartment was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local services that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location at Onsen Ecopark is fantastic, and I loved being able to experience the resort amenities. Communication was smooth throughout, and check-in/check-out was seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and hope to return in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Residency was an absolute breath of fresh air! After the vibrant energy of Hanoi, it was wonderful to retreat to such a peaceful and luxurious apartment. Stunning view of lake, the incredible onsen facilities, the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our inquiries. We particularly enjoyed bath tub. It truly felt like a wellness escape, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene and upscale experience near Hanoi!"

Great stay. Betty was an amazing host. Instructions were very clear. Bathrooms are exceptional and living room is great. Towels were provided which was another plus. Bed was a bit hard but was still okay to sleep on. My only gripe was the floor was dusty but thats no matter, as she provides slippers. Overall, great choice for a stay.

Big studio. Sparkling clean apartment. The view from great height is marvelous at night. All utensils, bathroom utility are available. There are small shops on first floor for water and snacks. The Swan Lake nearby is a great place for walking, sightseeing, and coffee. The check in is very easy. The host is very responsive to queries. The price is very reasonable for quality and experience.

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! Thank you so much for having us :)

The stay was perfect, the host is available and responds very quickly to all your requests, the spa is simply beautiful and the room has an incredible view and everything is equipped for a wonderful romantic stay.
