We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

I highly recommend this lovely accomodation. The place shared by Marija was very satisfying. It is not far from Plitvice National Park, yet offers a quiet and serene environment. It has everything you need, including a clean kitchen, spotless bathroom, warm fireplace, outdoor dining area, and a cozy atmosphere. I would love to visit again with my loved ones. This place is amazing! And the hosts, were awesome. I think I may have been the best Airbnb experience we ever had. I loved the setting of the house in the country side. It was the peaceful and beautiful. It’s was centrally located for parks and city’s, but gives you an opportunity to experience more of the countryside side instead of staying in a city. We loved it!

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk down the hall. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. Kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week away in Alan and Sanja’s beautiful home. The villa was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 3 children). The pool, games room and cinema were amazing for the children. The decor was stunning! We’ve taken inspiration home with us. The hosts were amazing - friendly and responsive and provided us with some brilliant local recommendations, including a boat trip and restaurant who did delivery for our last night. We’d highly recommend a stay here.

We rented the house with 6 people and had a very relaxed holiday. The house exactly meets the expectation, the cleanliness is great, the hosts are always nice and reachable at all times. We had more than enough space, more than enough bathrooms and felt very comfortable in this beautiful house. The location is quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, but a little difficult to find the first time, but you have the path on it afterwards. You also have beautiful views over the countryside and short distances to Zadar and Sukosan. Overall highly recommended

We had an excellent week at Ivan’s villa. It was very clean, well appointed and in a good location. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had a view of the sea and mountains, and the heated pool.

We had a lovely holiday! The house was beautiful and equipped with all comforts. 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful swimming pool, 2 verandas in the shade, a BBQ. The reception was very warm and we were pleasantly surprised with some cold drinks and fresh fruit. During our stay, Ivana and her brother Marin gave us nice tips about the area. The location of the house is great; beaches, restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

It was the most incredible stay we've ever had. My family and I had a wonderful time, enjoying both the peaceful surroundings, the beautiful house and the exceptional service from Vladimir's father. Such special, wonderful people! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the coming years with our new family member, Mia, the bravest cat in the world from Čista Mala.

Sukošan is an idyllic, quiet place in the countryside, right by the sea. We'll be back!

During a motorcycle road trip from France, we stayed 2 nights in Ivan's house. We really enjoyed the accommodation which is very nice, decorated with great taste and very clean. Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

Valentina's villa is great! Totally as described, very well maintained and clean, it is completely finished allowing our dog to roam freely. All the amenities are available and Valentina is a Superhost who is always there for you, she responds literally within minutes if you have a question. Just great!
