** Highly recommended** Amazimg gem at the heart of Belgrade. family business which runs with such warmth and lovely hospitality. the roof top is small and very functional. auper clean and modern. lovely terrace for a chill out evening. the location is so authenntic- an affluent residential neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, wine bars, pubs and places to eat. wherever we went everyone was super helpful! Belgrade is such a vibrant underrated city. well exceeded my expectations. we will definitely be back!

My friend and I celebrated our birthday at this delightful and cozy house, and it was a wonderful experience! -The interior was lovely and exactly as shown in the photos, very comfy bedrooms -The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary items, including various types of glasses, plates, and kitchen utensils - There is a large fridge for storing drinks and groceries - The backyard was spacious and provided a great area for our BBQ activities - The swimming pool, though not large, was perfect for our group, and suitable for families with kids - Stunning river view - Arranging a taxi via application might be challenging in the area, so be ready to wait for some time, or come by car - there is a parking place in the yard. Dragana, the landlord, was incredibly nice and hospitable. Her warmth and friendliness added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. Hvala puno, Dragana! We will be happy to stay there again!

This apartment blew us away from the moment we arrived. We were even allowed to check in a bit earlier, which was a great start. The place had such a pleasant scent when we walked in. Although it’s not located in the city center, getting around is easy—the bus stop is right next to the building, and there’s a Lidl conveniently located nearby as well. The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood, and the scent of linden trees in the air was simply amazing. The apartment itself is spotless, spacious, and has everything you need to feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The stay at the apartment went very well, the place was clean and practical. The location was also great too, walking distance to city centre and some touristical attractions. Anja was very helpful and her recommendations were beneficial for our stay

Milos place was great. It is very modern and updated. The house is great inside and out, The pool and the outdoors are highlight of the house. We had a great time.

Amazing views from balcony. Fast communication, fast check in/check out. Good location,easy to find. Everything was great just one little minus- unfortunately it was two separate single duvets which was uncomfortable personally for us, and wasn’t ready on the bed so we had to put duvet covers on them by ourselves since we were using ac during night… All in all we enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Had a very nice stay with two families. There were also baby beds on request and we were also able to enjoy the swimming pool in good weather. Lovely outdoor seating and a beautiful area with forest nearby.

I had a great stay at Vladimir’s beach house in Belgrade. The location is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying some quiet time near the water. The house is well-kept, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the outdoor space and the easy access to the river. Vladimir was also a kind and responsive host, always ready to help when needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and cozy stay close to nature but not too far from the city.
