Nice spacious penthouse apartment in walking distance from many restaurants, shops, malls and beach. We also loved the outdoor space. The apartment is a short drive from the airport and esay to find after instructions from Bianca. Bianca was a good host, informative and responsive.

Our stay at Ché’s was extremely peaceful and relaxing. Waking up with the sound of waves every morning, and the vicinity to the beach was the highlight. The furniture and décor were also a highlight - very tasteful and minimal, super high quality and tranquil. Also, loved the bathrooms. Again high quality fittings. Appreciated the lighting, added lots of warmth and coziness. Loved the dining area, as well as the bar area. Glass doors were very easy to open and close (Please be careful of monkeys when visiting). The beach is a very short walk from the flat, and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The bedding is luxurious, all guests had an excellent sleep experience. Lastly there was a power outage in the area over two days, but thankfully Ché’s place has an inverter installed so we were sorted for electricity and weren’t affected by the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very memorable trip! Thanks again, Ché. Will certainly be visiting again.

Carla is an exceptional host. Communication was on point from the time of booking right through to checkout. Umdloti had a bit of a power outage during our stay and Carla messaged regularly with updates regarding the power situation. There was also a minor, non-urgent maintenance issue that I informed Carla about and she got it attended to immediately. Hats off to her for that. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and met our expectations. The apartment is about 30-40 metres away from the road, so the neighbouring buildings that extend right upto the street do obstruct a 180 degree sea view, as well as the sunrise (no sunrise view from the apartment). The views are still wonderful despite this. On the whole, excellent suburb, excellent apartment and excellent host. I will definitely consider booking this apartment again. My partner and I had the best stay. Ashton and Ernest were outstanding hosts - literally tended to our every need swiftly. The apartment is beautiful with the loveliest sea view, well-maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay away. The perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend it enough.😃

This is the most thoughtful host I have ever experienced. Do not go grocery shopping without checking in first… so many items were provided. I loved how close it is to a mall but is a full on farm barn experience. I am still intrigued by the place…

I recently spent time at 125 Penzance for my mother’s 60th birthday. The venue was so pretty and comfortable. We received so much help from the caretaker Sboniso who made us feel right at home and went out of his way to help us set up tables and everything, there was no request too big for him. It’s the perfect place to host a gathering, we definitely would love to make use of the back garden next time! Thank you so much Zama for making things easy for us!

Great open plan & spacious home! The master bedroom particularly stands out! The estate is great with a variety of places to eat and explore. Appreciated the facilities as we had a toddler so this made life a lot easier.

Loved the apartment, really comfortable and the location was wonderful, so close to the boardwalk and ocean and near the little town of Ballitoville. Really great place!

Her communication was prompt & timeous. The place itself was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed after suffering a loss. The location was peaceful but still conveniently close to everything.
