Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

What a fantastic stay! The accommodations were wonderful with comfortable beds, a great terrace, and ample space for our family of 5. However, the best part was the connections with Elizabeta’s family and others in the town. We can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful everyone was! We would 100% stay again.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

Helena ist eine der freundlichsten Gastgeber die wir je hatten. Sie war immer erreichbar und mehr als hilfsbereit. Sie stellt nicht nur eine Unterkunft bereit sondern ein zu Hause auf Zeit. Wir haben uns in diesem traumhaften Haus mehr als wohl gefühlt und keinerlei Dinge zu bemängeln. Die Ausstattung ist super, vor allem die überdachte Außenküche mit Grill hat es uns angetan. Für unser Baby wurde ein Reisebett bereitgestellt und für uns gab es ein Erstversorgungskörbchen mit Frühstück. Durch den ummauerten Garten hatten wir es super entspannt mit dem Hund und ausnahmslos jeder hatte eine schöne stressfreie Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit zurückkommen!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern in diesem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sie war auch super sauber und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Besonders haben wir die Morgenden im Garten genossen: Mit Frühstück auf der Terrasse und mit viel Spaß im Pool. Dennis war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Dass das Häuschen in seinem Garten steht, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und nie das Gefühl irgendwie beobachtet zu werden. Natürlich ist das Haus nicht riesig und der Platz war zu viert durchaus überschaubar. Aber da wir eigentlich sowieso nur zum schlafen im Haus waren und ansonsten immer draußen, hat uns die Größe überhaupt nicht gestört. Novigrad ist ein wunderschönes ruhiges Städtchen. Wir haben uns dort alle rundum wohlgefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) bei Oriela war wunderbar. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich ganz nah am Wasser, hat alles was man braucht und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns sogar eine große Obstschale. Oriela hat uns zwischendurch mit leckerem Kuchen überrascht und eine Freude gemacht. Bei dem wunderbaren Wetter konnte man immer auf der Terrasse Essen und sich gut aufhalten. Toll ist der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Oriela hat für eine schöne Umgebung mit vielen kleinen Lämpchen gesorgt und somit waren wir auch lange draußen. Wer eine Zeit dort verbringt sollte sich ganz genau im Haus umsehen. Es gibt unzählige kleine Details an/in den Wänden und überall wo man hinsieht fällt einem was schönes auf. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub 🌞

In the heart of the old town, 5 minutes to the bus stop. Everything you need in Piran easy accessible. My only concerns is for dissabled persons: not recommended because there are steps in the appartement. Other than this Case: A+++

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Mirjam sehr genossen. Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und die umliegenden Orte zu erkunden (zu Fuss, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus).

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is small, but cozy and looks exactly like the pictures. Ivona was a great host, very proactive and friendly. Umag is very beautiful and there is lots to do, also a lot of very beautiful things to do in the area.

Wunderschöne großzügige, saubere und moderne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir frisches Obst und Blumen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr positiv auch der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und die Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps durch die Gastgeber.

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Jasna & Vlado und fühlen uns in Dajla sehr wohl. Meee ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Konoba mit leckerem Essen noch näher. Bäckerei ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Jasna und Vlado kann man jederzeit kontaktieren und sie sind immer freundlich.

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, einfach zu finden und Ksenija ist eine sehr proaktive Gastgeberin.

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.

Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Lage, war super schön eingerichtet. Simon war so freundlich wie noch nie jemand zuvor. Er hatte uns von der Parkgarage in der wir gratis parken konnten abgeholt und hat uns mit dem Auto zu der Wohnung gebracht, da man da nicht mit dem Auto als Tourist reinfahren kann. Super schöner Ort und kann das Air Bnb nur empfehlen.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf op een bijzondere plek. Alleen al het terras - en bijzondere uitzicht. Ook het appartement zelf was top. Danilo bleek een heel attente en prettige gastheer. We komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Wir waren vom 19. bis 25. Mai 2025 bei Sara in Pula (Valkane) zu Gast und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Sara ist eine herzliche, offene Gastgeberin, die fließend Italienisch und Englisch spricht. Wir hatten das Apartment 1 eine sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Klimaanlagen und einem kleinen Balkon. Alles war super gepflegt, die Toilette und das gesamte Apartment blitzsauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft! Die Lage ist ruhig, mit schönem Garten und sogar frischen Früchten – gleichzeitig ist alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Strand, Altstadt), schnell erreichbar. Sara hat uns alles genau erklärt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
