If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Nice little cottage surrounded by woods and fields. In the cottage there is a small kitchenette room with the most necessary, ex oven, hob and fridge. There is a sofa bed and dining table, a wood stove and an electric radiator. On the hoist there are 3 mattresses. From the living room there are stairs down to the toilet and bath. The nearest major cities are Randers, Århus and Silkeborg.
