Relax by yourself, with the family or friends at this peaceful place. Central location: - 10min drive to town center, - 15min walk to one of the biggest shopping center in Norway (Amfi Moa). Parking and charging for EV available. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and washer dryer combo. One Bedroom with 150x200cm bed, second one - 120x200cm. In a living room it is a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm. Baby crib/cot is available. Very comfortable and fully renewed summer 2024.

Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Leiligheten ligger i 3.etasje. Den er nyrenovert i 2024 og er gjennomgående lys og moderne. Mot syd har du en herlig takterasse med gode solforhold og flott sjøutsikt. Kjøkkenet har det du trenger, og i tillegg et vinskap. Stuen er luftig og moderne, med et rundt spisebord plass til fire personer. Hovedsoverommet har en 180seng, tv på veggen og walk-in. Gjesterommet har en 150seng og et garderobeskap. På badet er det lyst med kombinert vaskemaskin/tørketrommel.

Totally renovated apartment with all amenities, 85 sqm in 1 floor in our old private town house built in 1905. Free Parking on the property. Charging option for car by agreement 5,- Nok/Kw. Walking distance ( 15min) to the famous Ålesund City center with its Jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all visitors. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house.
