Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ulcinj

Lek and his family were very welcoming and very friendly. We have enjoyed very much staying in the apartment. Everything is clean, the communication is very good with Lek. This apartment is as well very suitable for families. Everything is functional, very good Wifi! Thank you very much Lek to you and your family for being such a perfect host!

Very spacious and clean flat. The shared pool area is nicer than the pictures show and the terrace has lovely views of the mountains and a bit of the sea. There's not a lot to do in Bar itself, but we used this as a base to day-trip to Lake Skadar - which was wonderful and definitely worth it! We also discovered a lovely restaurant close to this Airbnb called Pino del Mar: the setting was so beautiful and the food was so good that we went both nights. Just note that there is only one air-conditioning unit in the main living room and none in the bedroom. This would probably not be a problem most of the time, but we have been here during an unbelievable heatwave (38 degrees every day...) so it was pretty unbareable to sleep anywhere except directly under the air conditioning unit. Owner was very responsive and check in was easy. There is a place to park hire cars opposite. All-in-all, it was a good experience.

The host is extremely accommodating,sweet and approachable. I spent the first time with him and generally in Montenegro and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful people, the beautiful place all the best. I'm a very pleasant owner, the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is beautiful better than the pictures....clean,tidy, everything you need to use,from the linens, the household appliances, they all have everything.... I'm really very surprised and I can't wait again at his place for the summer. I really felt like home even better....kudos to people and the owner are wonderful. Thank you

Great place, really comfortable, they provide everything you need. Bit hard to find in dark first night but he sent very detailed instructions. We travelled all over the country in a hire car and was able to get about freely. Parking outside and was simple. The hosts responded quickly to all questions and provided extra bedding and towels. We loved using the washing machine as pack light. Really quiet complex but some building going on opposite side, breaking rocks but was absolutely fine and they didnt start early. Great base for anyone but if you're from the UK or anywhere that is not mountainous be aware that 35 miles here takes triple the time then it would. So to get to Kotor bay it took between one hour 45 and two hour 45 depending on where we wanted to be. Pavel also let us check out late so again super accommodating!

Very nice place and hosts! The place is clean, has everything you need even for a long stay: kitchen corner is small but functional. Nice view from the balcony and the big plus for summer that it is in the shadow. The place is clean and comfy, several shops are near, and only 7 min walk to the beach. I stayed there for 3 weeks, and had a wonderful experience. I can recommend this place for a solo traveler or a couple for a quiet stay. Nikola and Ana are very friendly, responsive and helpful. Oleg and his wife were exceptional hosts. This place is a true gem in Montenegro. Everyone will or should want to experience such a wonderful AirBnB experience. It has the feel of seclusion, with its private access to the Adriatic Sea. While the descriptions listed are already incredible, the onsite facilities are even better than advertised. The hosts are warm, friendly, and accommodating, and there is no higher recommendation to give than not wanting to leave. I wish we could have stayed longer and this place will always be at the top of our list. Truly amazing, and I cannot thank the hosts enough for making our stay so wonderful!!

Mirza is a great host, he was friendly and responsive throughout our stay, always there to help when we had any small problems or questions. The flat itself is compact but nicely designed and well-equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The location is good too, plenty of nice cafes/bars and restaurants to choose from, as well being around a 20min walk to old town. It’s also well connected to long beach, you can grab a taxi from the main road behind the entrance of the apartment. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Olga is not only a good landlord, but also a wonderful person! We spent 2 weeks in the apartment, with a wonderful view of the sea! The apartment has everything you need - even an iron and a washing machine! Olga will answer any questions, tell you if you need to learn something and just happy to communicate with you on any topics! :) We felt like we were visiting a longtime friend :). Super house and surroundings. The villa significantly exceeded our expectations. It was even better than we could dream of. The owner is the most hospitable person we have ever met, always there to help and give good advice. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a pleasant holiday. After ten days there we want more and we will definitely be back!

The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

This place was superbly situated, off the russian street. The host is a great person, willing to help at any time, despite the fact that he was not in Ulcinj, responded promptly to all requests, communicated with acquaintances, and was willing to help you with the cimkolvek. The place met our expectations, we highly recommend it!

The four of us stayed for 6 days in a beautiful spacious house . The host of the house Stefan met us at the bus station and kindly drove us to the house. We were very impressed with the house, all the photos match the description. Beautiful decor on the walls, a beautiful terrace, on the territory there is a grill area and growing grapes. Very friendly neighbor and cute cats around. Quiet neighborhood and great views to the mountains and sea. Keep in mind that there is a road uphill to the house, which can be a problem for the elderly. But it didn't bother us. There is a bus station and a RAILWAY station nearby. The sea is about a 10-minute walk. Unfortunately the wifi went missing on the third day. Stefan promised to settle this issue however the problem was not fixed. This may not have been the host's fault. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Stefan's house. There are 2 grocery shops (Voli, Franca) and a small market next to the bus station. I can recommend Kafana Kuzina cafe, there are quite low prices and delicious.

The apartment and Bekim as a person are worth to visit. You got a great view which everyone who thinks of travelling to Ulcinj should see. Everything you need is nearby and even if you need something of the host he‘ll help you out getting what you asked for

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Ivica's place was great. It's near the city center of Bar, close to the large Voli supermarket which is the best grocery store I've found in Montenegro and close to the beach promenade. I slow travel which means I do a fair amount of cooking, Ivica's place was well stocked with everything I needed to cook and bake. The only thing the apartment didn't have that I wanted was a freezer so be aware of that.

Diar was a gteat host and the rrom was excellent

I was very happy to stay in this apartment - it’s bright, cozy, and clearly made with love and care. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place was also very clean and quiet, so I had a great night’s sleep. In the morning, it was easy to grab a delicious coffee at a café nearby and take a walk by the sea — it’s just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

Beautiful surroundings, hospitable, helpful and kind hosts. Free private parking, good air conditioning, beautiful view from the terrace. The private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is very close, which is rocky, beautiful, suitable for diving. The bakery, shop and other beaches are easily accessible on foot. Thank you very much for the hospitality, we really liked everything.

In full truth: the best accomodation I ever had, absolutely wonderful in all aspects! Very clean when arriving, very complete, nothing missing. Luxury looks! Enjoyed my week a lot, thank you Antonela! In other words: highly recommend!

The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The host was quick to respond to messages and willing to help. Very good location, there are two big shops next to it. Each room has air conditioning. We highly recommend this apartment and the host.
