Functional and equipped house, very friendly, accommodating and very available host, magnificent view of the mountains. Perfect for a stay of 6, we would have stayed. Clear instructions, everything available: towels, sheets... We would highly recommend!!! Thanks again for the great welcome

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Perfect cottage, which was as described in every way. A peaceful retreat in the middle of the mountains. The weather told us nothing good but finally, an exceptional vacation under the sun, between spring flowers and hiking in the snow. Ideally located for discovering the Alps and Mont Blanc Hot tub at the top for debriefering the day while relaxing with its sublime view. Thanks to Michael's wife for her kindness and advice.

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

We had a wonderful stay at Jéremy’s apartment in Ugine! The love and care he and his parents put into the place is visible in every detail. The farm is a joy, with donkeys, a little horse, two sweet dogs, chickens, and geese—you’ll smile watching Jéremy divide his attention between them all. The garden is full of flowers, the peace is blissful. The apartment is fresh, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. Put on your hiking boots and walk straight into the mountains—maybe you’ll meet a mother donkey and her foal, like we did! It’s perfect for hikers, but also great for relaxing at Lake Annecy or exploring nearby villages. There’s so much to do, yet just being here is already a treat. Don’t forget to follow Jéremy on Insta to enjoy his trail runs and the loving care he gives the animals. Our only complaint? We didn’t want to leave. This place stays in your heart—merci Jéremy!

Jelena and Julien's cottage is ideally located for activities in Pays de Faverges/Lac d'Annecy. It is clean and very well equipped. The proximity of the hosts is absolutely not annoying, they are discreet and there is no overlooking. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and I think I will rent it again to come and see my mother. Very nice location. We had the pleasure of having snow and enjoyed the beautiful landscape. the bedding is comfortable and the area quiet .

I had an amazing experience at this place. It is super cozy and comfortable and has everything a solo traveller could need. The shower, mini kitchen and balcony are fantastic. The location being so close to the bus/train station was super convenient and the hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend!

Lydie place is very homely and well equipped, beautifully decorated, close to Albertville atation but still quiet. Area is safe and with nice shops and bars close by. Lydie was very helpful and oir stay was very pleasant. Totally recommendable.

We had two lovely days here in Montmin. Janets place is so peaceful, we ended up wishing we had a longer stay. The place itself is well equipped with everything you need, with a supermarket just a 15min drive away it’s easy to get food to make dinner, lunch etc. we spent a morning at lake Annecy (Talloires side) which was a highlight and only about 25min drive away. Janet is a wonderful host, really friendly and helpful. We’d love to come back one day :)

We had a nice time with Bernadette and her husband. The accommodation is very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, there was bread, croissant, butter, jam, coffee and juice. We recommend the place.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... small walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

Really lovely apartment in a fabulous location! We will definitely be back :) My only feedback is it would be great to have a few extra pillows on the bed that are a bit thicker but it was such a lovely stay

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!
