The apartment has about 43 sqm. There are 2 rooms, a large (living room) and a slightly smaller (bedroom), both connecting a long hallway from which also bathroom and kitchen go. The living room is also adjoined by a balcony facing the street. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), all rooms have easy-care laminate floors.
