It's a nice place. A bit far away from the centre, which can be appealing if you want more privacy. The area is very local. The place is nice.

I recently enjoyed a delightful few days at this charming retreat. The home itself is truly stunning, boasting all the comforts and luxuries you would expect from a high-end hotel suite, yet at a remarkably affordable price. The surrounding farm is a serene oasis, brimming with tranquility—an ideal sanctuary to relax, recharge, and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Every moment spent here was a breath of fresh air, warranting a solid five-star rating!

Great location near city centre, surrounded by many shops

Charles is a fantastic host. He even offered to pick me up at the airport. A true gentleman. The condo was exactly as described. It was full of amenities including shampoo and coffee! It was a pleasure staying there!

Got a free upgrade to a much bigger apartment on the same floor as the one I booked was under renovation. Was a nice place. Free late checkout at 3pm was possible 👍🏻

This is the highest building in Udon Thani. So it is the best condo to choose from, especially for foreigners. It has the best facilities and is a short ride to Central shopping. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop garden on the 14th floor. Even though the room was much smaller than I expected, I settled in and it felt adequate. I didn’t need to cook. I just ordered Grab quite often, which is very helpful during the rainy season. The kitchen is well equipped, and the view is not bad from the eighth floor either. Although there’s not a washer, the machines on the second floor were only around 100 baht total for washing and drying. Good hot water shower and soft enough bed. Nannie is very attentive. Great stay and good value.
