Walking distance to shop, pharmacy, train station (Uddevalla Östra 800 m.), bus station, bathhouse, cinema, library etc. Located in lush garden on quiet street, same plot where the owner lives. Just 3 kilometers away is the community of Ellös, with all amenities such as shops, restaurants and a wonderful child-friendly bathing area with the beloved crab fishing.
