We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back. Made was so welcoming and professional - he also assisted with ordering dinner to our villa from a nearby restaurant which had the best food ever! Definitely a must stay, awesome view hidden in the jungle.

We had a truly amazing 3-night stay at Mahajiva. The bamboo villa is completely private and surrounded by lush jungle—pure serenity. The pool has a beautiful forest view, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They stayed in touch throughout our stay, brought Grab orders straight to our villa, arranged in-room massages, and kept everything clean and bug-free—even though the villa is open to nature, we were never bothered by insects. A special thank you to Elsya for taking such good care of us—she even brought us raincoats so we could enjoy the outdoors during the rain! If you're looking for a peaceful, private, and unforgettable stay in Bali, I highly recommend Mahajiva. I’ll definitely stay longer next time I visit.

Nice and clean villa, the space is so pretty just like the photos, the host is very thoughtful, highly recommended!

The villa was very clean, tidy, and well-located — quite close to the center. Our host, Putu, was in contact with us throughout our stay and helped us with everything we needed, including airport transfer and motorbike rental. Every day, he kindly asked for our breakfast preferences and arranged it for us free of charge. The only downside is that the villa is not directly accessible by car — you have to park a bit away and continue the last 100–150 meters by motorbike. But even in this, Putu and the villa staff were very helpful. Overall, everything was great. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality!

We had a lovely stay. It was very peaceful stay surrounded by the rice fields. The host was very helpful and communication was great. The view from the bedroom onto the private pool was fab. We really enjoyed the private pool, it was a great size. Highly recommend this villa for your stay in Ubud!

One of the best Villas!

Amazing place to stay. So quiet and peaceful. Inside and outside was spacious, clean and more than enough to make your stay comfortable. I'd recommend hiring a scooter or having a good transport contact as it is 10min min into town, but that's why we chose there - serenity. The restaurant 100m away was so good for all meals. The staff on the pre-check in service, and who met us and said goodbye at the end were helpful and respectful. Happy to stay here again on our next trip.

This beautiful place is the best location to stay in Ubud. From the stunting walk off the main road to the place you can see lots of rice fields, locals, the volcano, and insane nature. The place was even better than the photos, very spacious and equipped with everything you’ll need. The hospitality was unmatched, the sweetest family ever..They recommended us excursions and restaurants close by. We booked a very fun ATV ride through them and they set us up with transportation and everything. The breakfast was so delightful and delicious. It was a treat having them come in the morning to cook and get to know the family better. It was about a 10 min ride to the ubud center which was perfect since you’re close but away from the hustle of the town. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The pool was so nice and clean to have especially since it’s so hot in Ubud. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to stay. The kitchen and room are separated, and the spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed and clean bedding! All the facilities were perfect. It was an accommodation that made me feel good in the warm sunlight when I lay on a neat sun bed in a clean pool. It is a house in the direction of sunlight, so it is not humid and I stayed comfortably without a fresh smell. It was a room full of pleasant scents. The host is really friendly and has a lot of love in the house. It's really well maintained. If I come back to Ubud, I want to stay here every day.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Budi. Communication was excellent right from the start – they helped arrange our transfer from Kedungu and made everything super easy on arrival, even helping us with our luggage to the villa. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The villa itself is beautiful – private, authentic, and set in a peaceful spot where the only thing you’ll hear is the sound of the river below. It really feels like a quiet little escape, but still just a short walk to the supermarket and plenty of great restaurants nearby. We’d definitely stay here again. It’s a stunning place with lovely hosts – couldn’t ask for more!

This villa exceeded every expectation — it's even better than the photos. The space is huge, the pool is stunning, and everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff (especially Minnie and Commie!) were so warm, friendly, and always smiling. The property is part of a large family compound, which made the experience feel incredibly authentic and welcoming. Walking through, we were always greeted by kind family members and the cutest family dogs. Nyoman was the perfect host — attentive, thoughtful, and unbelievably responsive. He picked us up from the airport and answered all our questions within minutes. When I got a cut while hiking, he went out of his way to bring antiseptic and bandages — free of charge. Badra House truly felt like a home away from home. It's not just a place to stay — it’s an experience. I’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Such a beautiful place with everything you need. 100% worth the price. Everything felt luxurious and the pool was amazing.

beautiful little sanctuary in the heart of Ubud. we really enjoyed our stay. it was nice to be able to pop back to the villa throughout the day due to its excellent location in the heart of Ubud. The breakfast was also very nice. although not all the fault of the wonderful hosts, there is quite a few roosters in the neighboring property who start up their crows very early in the morning. The hosts were kind enough to provide up with ear plugs which helped with this (but just be aware if you're a light sleeper). Thank you for having us :)

From start to finish Windi & Bayu went above and beyond for us so much. Hands down one of the best experiences we have ever had in an air BnB. Villa was stunning so luxurious , Bayu was our driver and we are so glad we chose him for other journeys because he really was so knowledgeable & understanding! Windi helped check us in & explained everything even made us a delicious tea for a welcome drink. 10/10 if it’s available to book count yourself lucky! See you next time 🙏🏼

Buki and his beautiful house made our days in Ubud. Buki is such a kind, friendly, and helpful host and the house is clean and private. Definitely will recommend to friends and will love to come back and stay here when visiting Bali next time. 跟照片一樣漂亮的房間，有廚房跟私人泳池 屋主Buki很親切熱心，回覆也很快，推薦！

It was incredible villa with all you need including 2 bikes for free which is so comfortable. It’s quite place with nice view . And Mrs Rani was so kind preparing the breakfast for us and providing any service that we needed. Thanks for having us

We stayed here for 3 weeks to work remotely. The place is really lovely, private, with an amazing view. The work set up and the wifi were good too. The host was so helpful, kind, and responsive. The place was cleaned every single day! We’d come back and the bed would be perfectly made and everything would be spotless. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Ubud! P.S. be prepared for rooster singing, but that’s the case everywhere in Ubud. We had an early start for work, so it was our natural alarm 😅
