Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ubud

We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are clean. The ambiance around the property is peaceful. Hosts are very humble and welcoming. They provided us extra fresh fruits for our baby. The food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) provided is local home cooked, freshly prepared and tasty. Do try the floating breakfast which is one of a kind experience in itself. Heartfelt gratitude to the Oding family for hosting us. Definitely recommended

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at (travelled over 20 years). Nyoman and her husband have created a genuine oasis from the traffic in ubud. The walkable location is literally paradise on earth. The private pool, garden, cute statues and modern kitchen are all amazing. There is a visceral feeling of being surrounded by life/growth/mother nature. From the squirrels to the birds to the expertly curated gardens. Even the dog paw print in the concrete before the entrance. You feel right at home. Nyoman’s breakfasts were amazing and she made the beds every morning, it felt like a 5 star hotel pat down. 10 stars out of 5. Deadset, stop looking and book this now!

Nyoman has been a fantastic Host, he and his family were willing to help at anytime even with the luggage! The lady who brings the breakfast was always very friendly and helpful smiling all time. The surrounding area is really very good with everything you need just a few meters like money change, renting a bike or even a Laundry shop! I recommend to rent a bike from the Nyoman’s brother who is just next door and discover Ubud and surrounding area. I have really no negative points at all. Everything was perfect and exactly like the photos! Definitely gonna book it again or recommend it to other friends.

Budi and Villa welcomed us in their home with open arms. The Airbnb has everything you need. Such a special experience to stay in a traditional Balinese house. We learned so much about the Balinese culture during our stay. Looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks.

A wonderful accommodation, very well located and quiet, close to the center of Ubud without the noise! the pool is very beautiful, very clean, as is the accommodation. We were attending a wedding nearby. Our stay was no less than wonderful. It’s just a jewelry box. So comfortable and a visual treat. We had breakfast and dinner there. A great menu selection. House manager Malik and her staff provided beautifully presented and extremely tasty meals. The dishes we had one night were baby cassava leaves in coconut milk and spicey eggplants freshly picked from the kitchen gardens. Yum. Manik was helpful in getting us ready for the wedding. She purchased nail polish for Alice and did a great job with her nails. She ironed our clothes and helped to dress us in our sarongs. Some many kindnesses. Do not hesitate to book. We miss you..,,,

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The place is better than pictures and Bayu’s hospitality was simply the best we have experienced. They were very proactive in communication and friendly, he recommended local food and massage spots - all were top tier. This airbnb was the highlight of our trip, its located in a cute village with a stream flowing right behind our room - far away from the crowds and traffic in Bali. The cafe nearby was pretty good too, one of the nicer vegan meals we had during our week long stay in Bali. Hope to be back soon. Highly recommend Bayu’s place for the most authentic experience in Bali.

We were more than thrilled with the accommodation and the service from all the staff and the communication with the owners. It more than exceeded our expectations. We will be happy to come here again. The room was very clean and the Indonesian breakfast was very tasty. With all the hustle and bustle in Bali, this is a beautiful and quiet retreat. You do have to drive a little longer if you want to go somewhere, but we never had any problems with the trips. A driver was always there super fast. Highly recommended overall.

We loved staying here the perfect first night in Bali and not too far from the airport. We will definitely be back thank you.

Amazing stay here. I was a little bit worried at first because there is not many pictures of the place however it was amazing clean and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone!

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at this villa, and it was the perfect place for a honeymoon. The villa is ideal for couples, offering a romantic and private atmosphere. We absolutely loved the stunning sunset views and the private pool, it made our experience feel extra special. The Island of Villa Team was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. They regularly checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their recommendations for activities and local attractions were spot on and truly enhanced our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend this villa for any couples looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

The place was very clean and super centrally located. Through the side street it was quiet at night, in general it was a great stay :)

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! The Bali Bubble was a wonderful stay. Bedroom and bathroom were big and spacious, with a king size bed. 20 min walk to Mertasari beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had a short but sweet stay here! Lovely location, beautiful apartment! I didn’t use the rooftop at all but it was such a nice feature. Comfy bed, I slept great! So nice of them to offer free breakfast too!

From booking to check out, Ardana was very helpful and kind. He responded to messages quickly and always wanted to make sure I had everything I required. The villa is lovely, well maintained and had what was needed. The mosquito net over the bed was an added bonus. His breakfasts are delicious and plentiful also. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. I had the option of either air conditioning or a ceiling fan in the bedroom which I always like. I highly recommend Ardana’s villa for a relaxing time in Ubud.

A perfect place to stay if you're looking for one in the center of Ubud. Back from the main street, the accommodation allows you to be a bit more quiet. Made is a smiling, friendly and very responsive host when contacted. The room is 100% as advertised and very clean. Great value for money.

Even though it is difficult to access by car on the last corner/alley (need to be extremely careful not to hit bamboo fence when turning left), everything else was perfect! Ibu Wayan is very friendly, proactive, and communicative. Room is spacious and clean. Kitchen amenities are complete. Simple breakfast is prepared right on your kitchen. Surrounding is serene. On the day you may see farmers working on the ricefield in front of the balcony. It is a good place if you want to have a peaceful retreat.

This was an even better stay than I imagined it would be. Staff was SO attentive and helpful. House is absolutely beautiful.

Staying here was like staying within a temple. The architecture, furnishings and overall ambience are extraordinary. The Homestay is in Sukawati, a 20 or 30 minute Grab ride from central Ubud. For us, staying in a quiet, authentic Indonesian neighborhood and homestay rather than jam-packed Ubud was a conscious decision. The breakfasts were varied, delicious and generous. The one dinner we had at the homestay was also excellent. Diani provided excellent recommendations on less touristed sites to visit. Lastly the hosts, especially Diani, were incredibly warm and gracious. Highly recommended.

The tree house was beautiful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and beautifly decorated. The pet farm is a wonderful touch, specially with the kids. Feeding the goats, the chickens and the guinea pigs, so cute. Breakfast was really good, with a great variety of fruits, pancakes, eggs and of course delicious Balinese coffee. The pool is not too deep which makes it easier with kids or when you just want to relax. The best was really the staff, always nice and welcomy, and always making time to pay attention to that kids and answer all their questions.

Me and my family stayed at Putus place for 2 weeks. It was amazing, place itself is exactly like photos-green plants and calm and private/relaxing stay. Nearby street market is about 10 mins walk. with scooter city, resturants and spas are about 15 mins ride or in car. Putu and her family were so understanding and so helpful. Putu made sure I'm comfortable in the villa and cleaned the area whenever we requested. overall I highly recommend to those who is looking for calm and relaxing experience

The location is perfect, close to restaurants and spas, making it easy to explore the area. Putu Ni is incredibly responsive. My experience was fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay, look no further!
