Our experience with the accommodation was GREAT! I spent 2 nights in the accommodation and felt at home, everything was well reserved and clean! Super fragrant bed linen and towels! The janitor who received us was a sweetheart, and Maysa attended to us very well and answered all our questions! I will return whenever I need to go to Uberaba

The house matches the ad, it was clean, organized, with fragrant bedding, good shower. The only issue we had was with the entrance, which was very bureaucratic. Since we didn't have a car, we depended on Uber to get around, and since the house is practically at the end of the condominium, you have to walk a lot if the Uber doesn't enter. In addition to not having an intercom to get in touch with the concierge. Mariana was very flexible about check-in and check-out, making it easy to get in and out, and she responded to everything very quickly. Just one more observation, in the refrigerator they had some vegetables that were already spoiled, which were already there when we arrived, and there was also no drinking water to drink, we had to go out to buy it. In addition, it was worth it, I would stay again and recommend it to other customers. I believe the price matches what is offered.

The house is super comfortable and very clean. Espaçosa and a lot of light comes in. All the utensils I needed were clean and worked well. I have only two points of improvement. The doors are glass and have no curtain, vc wake up to the sun early. And I went in a very cold time and the covers were very thin. With the glass doors, I was very cold at night. Maybe worth putting a heavier blanket for the guests Outside that, it would return

This was the second time we stayed at Cinara's house (the first time was a very long stay, more than two weeks) and everything was great on both experiences! The house was clean and smelled good, the space is very nice, and quite safe for those with pets. Cinara is very attentive and responds quickly. The balcony with barbecue and air-conditioning in the bedroom are very positive points. On the negative side, I think only the tight garage (my car is an SUV and it doesn't fit), but mitigated by being a quiet place and by the surveillance cameras, which we have access to from the room! We will definitely stay many more times!

Great and understanding hosts. The space is the same as the listing and a very nice place to stay. I had some unforeseen issues with the house utensils, but they were promptly resolved. I only leave one observation, that for the amount paid I thought it left something to be desired, it does not have bed linen. Otherwise, everything was great!!

Very good location, with space to store 2 large vehicles, great equipped kitchen, swimming pool and barbecue ideal for family reunion. Owner always active, quickly rebalances and helped us a lot in our stay.
