From bedroom one you can walk straight into the garden. The living room and kitchen are adjacent to the attractive and sheltered veranda with hammock.

Close to Goffertpark, hospitals, HAN/Radboud, shopping center and nature. The city center can be reached by bicycle and bus. Ground floor with private entrance. Free parking in the street. 'Tiny house' has all the amenities for an independent stay. Common areas: 'garden room with lounge + cinema', beautiful garden and sitting area with fire pit and BBQ.

Unique stay in beautiful surroundings

If you want to stay in a beautiful place, at the foot of the money landscape and the N70, opposite a good restaurant, in an authentic forge, then you're in the right place! This old forge with garden has been converted into a cozy place, from where you can make all kinds of excursions. The city center of Nijmegen is 5 minutes by bike and in the neighborhood there are many nice lunches, restaurants and playground de Leemkuil is around the corner. Only non-smoking guests are welcome.

Tiny House in Nijmegen East

Our Tiny house is located in the popular neighborhood of Nijmegen-Oost. You walk into the woods and can enjoy hiking in this wooded area (N70). There is also plenty of possibility to explore the area by bike (Zevenheuvelenweg / Ooijpolder) The center is within walking distance (2.5 km) or only 10 minutes cycling. Bus station is 3 minutes away. Our Tiny house is a small cozy space, where with a wooden staircase the loft is accessible as a sleeping area. No cooking options.

Garden house De Beerburcht

We rent a fully furnished Tinyhouse. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Coffee and tea are from the house. Breakfast is optional (10 Euro p.p.) The Garden House is a nature cottage. It is at the back of our garden. It is fully insulated and equipped with heating. There is a terrace in front of the Garden House. The street is protected village view and garden-protected landscape garden. We live on 15 minutes cycling bike ride from downtown Nijmegen.

Luxury studio near Nijmegen city center and Station

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy district of Bottendaal with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the central station, city center and the Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also not a problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment you will find all kinds of equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has a private entrance and balcony.

Deze compleet ingerichte studio van 40m² met terras ligt achter onze woning aan de rand van natuur- en recreatiegebieden. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis om te fietsen, mountainbiken, wandelen in deze veelzijdige omgeving. De historische (winkel) stad Nijmegen met winkels, horeca en musea ligt op 10 km afstand. De bus stopt voor de deur, station op 2 km. .

Studio Wolk

The studio is near our University, the city centre and the train station. Also near forest, and nature around the Waal river. The studio is located in a nice old house, with steep stairs. part of a protected cityscape of Nijmegen. It's very cosy and has a comfortable bed. My studio is best suited for couples and solo-adventurers.
