The life rhythm in the cottage is basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly created food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There's a wood stove.

Relax in a beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling and other outdoor sports. In addition to the beautiful nature, there is a lot of history to see (their bed within walking distance), and there are the necessary restaurants nearby. The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and beautiful outdoor terrace. The stay is for 1-4 people and does not include breakfast. Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment(45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker and kettle. Via the landing you enter your own bathroom with washbasins, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons there is a second living/sleeping space available in the apartment (25 m2 extra) Pets allowed only after consultation.
