wonderful place very close to the sea of the beach and large beach or cove. flat very comfortable with everything one needs to spend great days . The differential was the very wonderful jacuzzi to have a good champagne and relax after the beaches . Claudio and his wife welcomed us very well always very polite and attentive . I just have gratitude for the best place for vacation and rest .

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Note: there was even a mime on the arrival we loved... thank you for everything!

I spent a good amount of time living in the apartment and it was a good experience! Good price, safe location, close to the sea, good beach and with shops around.

Back to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second year in a row and we already plan to return. We were my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year we were 12 people, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable spaces, and the best - your backyard is the beach! I go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the quincho and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house meets and exceeds what it promises. We had beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

Perfect location for those who want to go to Praia do Forte. A few minutes away (by car) from supermarkets. We had very hot days (which was great for summer), but since there was no air-conditioning in the living room, we had a bit of heat. Nothing that hindered the great stay we had. We recommend Loreana's home and think about coming back to the new season next summer.

Wonderful place. We will be back for sure. Indico lots. Vista is something impressive, property makes the most of it with several glass, so that you can have the best experience possible. I found a Lady who took care of the apartment and took me into a room where I had several toys and beach chair. Everything perfect. We are grateful.

Mr. Sherman's place is fantastic, all very well organized. Table and bath linen helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normal, very well equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman's attention, always quick to answer the messages and answer questions. Indico for everyone his house, we have nothing to complain about! We love our stay! The house is cozy and very well located. We feel super comfortable every day. A single point of attention was the noise of the air conditioning in the back room, which bothered a little at night, but nothing that compromised the experience. We will definitely return more often!

The apartment is wonderful, very spacious, fragrant, clean and comfortable. The barbecue is charcoal, very well equipped and a great size, it has a grill and skewers - a relevant observation is that it did not make any smoke and we were not "smoked" when using it - the balcony is well ventilated. The kitchen has all the utensils you can imagine - pots, cutlery, plates, appliances and items such as a sandwich maker. It also has several items for use on the beach, such as umbrellas, chairs, etc. In the living room, a TV with all the channels imaginable and a huge sofa that allows you to rest while watching the sea. The beach was almost empty due to the winter, making the stay even more pleasant. The host was always ready to help and made our stay excellent.

The place is even more beautiful in person, the house is well equipped, the view to the bay is charming and we even saw dolphins in the morning on Sunday. Marlene was very helpful and friendly. We were delighted.
