BEAUTIFULL VILLA GOLDEN BEACH,PAROS

PERMIT NO. 1175K92001021801 The house is built of stone and is located on the hill overlooking the unique sandy Golden beach (Xrissi akti) in a big plot of land planted with olive and fruit trees, plants and flowers. The villa , with two separate levels having independent entrances can be rented as a whole or separately (Only in Mid and Low season). The prices appearing in the calendar are for both levels . If you wish to rent the upper level only (for 4 persons max.) please ask us for a price. * The UPPER FLOOR has two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) one bathroom, a big living room with two sofas, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, grill etc) . * The LOWER LEVEL has one master (double) bedroom, a living room with a new pull-out sofa (140X200) and an open- space fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a storing place. * Spacious patio- veranda (45 sq mts) with fantastic sea view, covered by a pergola with a big marble table is the hot spot of the house during all summer months. * Also the lower level apartment has got its own independent veranda. * Outdoor shower as well. * Wireless internet, flat screen smart T.V. in both living rooms, lots of English and French books. * Beach chairs, sun ombrella, beach toys for kids available.

Elia welcomed us in Paros like we were old friends: smiling, with a full fridge and lots of recommendations. The house is exactly as it is shown in pictures, even better! Two patios to eat, large bedrooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. There is plenty of places to read and relax. It is designed with great attention to detail. It is part of a complex of houses standing side by side with a shared pool. Despite having neighbours you never hear them and the house is extremely quiet! You feel the house is loved and you immediately love it back. Thank you Elia for such amazing memories!

We were greeted by Kos’ mother, Dema, when we arrived. The stone house was as described. What was unexpected were the welcoming treats - cake and pastries in addition to drinks (tea, coffee, juice, beer, wine). The swimming pool was a real bonus especially given its size. So peaceful sat on the veranda looking out at the coast. Ideal base for a couple or a family with small children but I am not sure the mezzanine bedroom is tall enough for adults or older teens. Excellent recommendations from Kos for restaurants, especially Restaurant Anna. Thank you Kos

The house was really nice and we enjoyed to stay there one week. There is everything you need and a nice view over the sea. Near the house is a nice beach, called Golden Beach. Ourania was very friendly. We would stay there again:)
