Squeaky clean but very compact. A little far from the centre of town. You will need a car or transport. Overall good value.

Bryan’s place was unexpectedly great—well-equipped, spotless, and tidy. It’s also just a short walk to the bus stop, which makes getting downtown very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. From the little touches to the overall setup, it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. The environment was incredibly quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they truly went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Their lightning-fast responses made communication effortless and reassuring. Very responsive host. The suite was thoughtfully equipped and location was fantastic. We especially appreciated the variety of herbs and spices available for cooking. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gordana’s! They checked in with us daily to make sure everything is going well. Little chocolates were left on the bed, the bathroom and kitchen were spotless, everything was exactly as photographed. We’d definitely come back to their place when we visit Belleville again!

We stayed for 3 nights at this AirBnb and it was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The location was amazing and the patio outside gave us some great relaxing moments. You have the sunset right on the patio. Kurt was great giving us activities and restaurants recommandations, extremely responsive. He wanted to make sure everything was 5 stars, probably the best host I had over a 100 stays in Airbnb. Would definitely go back. The only odd thing is that there is no dining table inside which could be an issue during colder days when you can't eat outside. Also the single bed, is a foldable bed with a tiny mattress, probably useful only for young kids.

We stayed for three days and didn’t wanted to leave. The place is absolutely cosy, clean, nicely decorated and everything available to just go there and have a good time. Gordana was very helpful and checked in on us in case we needed anything which we really appreciate it. I would love to go back. We needed someplace to relax, and it was very well succeeded.

We loved staying in Lindsay’s home! She was very responsive, kind and very accommodating. The house was very cute and I loved being able to go for walks by the water every day as it is just steps away. I would recommend to anyone coming to Belleville, thank you again Lindsay!!☺️

It seems too good to be true, right? The price was amazing and the house blew me away even more. Definitely was a treat staying here , this is a MUST if you’re staying in Kingston. Absolutely beautiful home and every room gives you a different sense of tranquility. Private, and peaceful. I got this Airbnb for a weekend that was meant to explore Kingston, this place was so nice, I felt guilty about leaving the home to go out and explore😂 will 100% be coming back here.

Jay was so responsive to us and all of our needs. His uniquely designed home was a perfect back drop for celebrating my weekend get an away! Great place to unwind. This is the second visit to this place.

The house is close to everything and was easy to access. Extremely clean and it had everything we needed and then some. John is a great host and kept in touch to make sure we arrived safely. It is a great place to stay at if you ever go to Kingston.

Everything looked exactly like the photos, very clean, and the beds were comfy. Jimmy was very quick to respond to messages, even providing recommendations to local spots for us to check out. The fire-pit in the backyard was a personal favourite!

We didn't have the chance to fully enjoy the old charm of the house since we were at a ultimate frisbee tournament all weekend. With 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, it fulfilled our needs. Walkable to pier restaurants, main street and in close driving proximity of the train station.

We enjoyed our visit. The unit had everything we needed. Clean, lots of room. Central location to get to various areas or Kingston. Kitchen had amenities that enabled us cook for ourselves when needed during our stay.

When we arrived very easy, the place was ready earlier, which we enjoyed. Even better than the photos.

Had a great stay! The hot tub was a fantastic addition, and the place was cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent — close to the lake and downtown, making it super convenient. Nicole was kind enough to let us check out a bit later, which was much appreciated. However, we could hear people walking around above us, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, a nice spot with potential for some improvements.

The place was perfect for the 3 of us as abase for birding at Presqu'ile. It was simple, uncluttered and clean with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Jason was friendly and helpful. He checked in with us several times to make sure we got in, and even sent someone over with a key for the locker so we could store our bicycles. He provided good suggestions on activities and restaurants too. We had a great stay. Outstanding service. Thanks Jason!

Jay was an amazing host! We was Very accommodating to our earlier arrival. When we got there we had WiFi issues and he said someone over immediately to fix it. The home is SUPER clean and well stocked with everything you need. Jay's communication is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. We will be back soon. We stayed two nights. Finding the unit was initially tricky but we figured it out. The cot is not comfortable if you need it but everything else was amazing. Clean and beautiful and right off the 401. Easy access to everything. Zahid was so accommodating. We will definitely book here again if we need a place in Cobourg!
