A Perfect Nature Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful—one of the best ways to unwind in the midst of serene nature. Our son especially loved playing with the chickens and feeding them, which made the experience even more memorable. Agnes and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited us to join their Easter fire in the garden, a special touch that made our stay truly unique. Agnes also prepared a delicious breakfast, including some yummy treats for our little one, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we highly recommend staying here for at least two days to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the place. It’s an ideal escape for families, couples, or anyone seeking a refreshing break in nature. We’ll definitely be back!!

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

The Airbnb had a loft look with all the comforts. We felt right at home and the hosts were very friendly, definitely recommended!

Friendly clear information beforehand. In good faith, she already let us in with instructions, without her being there herself at the time. Later met, had a very nice conversation about the initiative that she is communicating to the world with the natural house and all the workshops. Also read in the book she and her husband wrote about living as natural as possible. Interesting. Great B&B, on a top piece of land, lots of nature, birds, chickens etc. The decor is simple, but that's also very clear in the photo and listing. Wonderful for tranquility in a beautiful area. By car, very good location to do everything in the direction of, for example, Zwolle, Deventer, Sallandse Heuvelrug and Veluwezoom. Friendly people above all, and you'll learn more about natural life.

What a fantastic Airbnb! Everything is correct – the apartment is brand new and taken care of to the last detail. The kitchen is fully equipped; everything has really been thought of. Upon arrival we reported to the restaurant “Tante Sien food and drinks”, where we were kindly welcomed and given a personal tour to our apartment. The decor is tasteful, the beds are comfortable and made up with lovely bedding, and there are enough towels available. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The area is beautiful: you can enjoy hiking and cycling, with the atmospheric art town of Ootmarsum at a short distance. A stay to recommend!

Very beautiful tiny home in a park. Bedrooms and living room is very spacious and doesn’t feel like you’re in a tiny home. Sauna is a great addition and this is one of the reasons why we chose to stay here. When we went (May 2025) there was still a lot of construction in the park and the main entrance was closed often causing us to take another entrance point. That being said, the park and property is very peaceful with a few small cities close by to explore. We were in town for the Liberation celebrations and were driving to many cities in the area. For those travelling from North America, the Host is another company (similar to Airbnb) and thus it was hard to get a response in the Airbnb chat. You may have to go to the Novasol website directly to get contact. That being said, we had no issues that needed to be addressed, but I am used to chatting with the host prior and during the stay. Overall it was an amazing peaceful gateway which anyone would enjoy!

We had a great stay in Hoge Hexel, the accomodation was well-kept and Novasol was easy to communicate with.

Our stay was just perfect! We were very warmly welcomed by Suzanne and Reza. In the kitchen we found wine, lots of fresh fruit and chocolate. If you like it quiet, this is the place to be. Relax in the sun and listen to the cockpit of the chickens. Everything was very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. From the garden you can look directly at the alpaca enclosure where Loki, Odin and Happy live. Free e-bikes were provided to us so we could do a nice bike ride. Suzanne and Reza were always available and respond within a few minutes. We had a very relaxing weekend and will be happy to come back!

Very nice place to stay. The location is super quiet and the apartment is cozy and practically furnished and equipped with everything you need. Especially the bathroom with the large bathtub and sauna is a real highlight and ensures pure relaxation. The communication with Linda was straightforward and extremely friendly. Highly recommend! :)

What a beautiful, restful place to relax and escape from the hustle of King's Day! It was wonderful to watch the birds from the comfy sofa and wake up to the orchestra of birds. The sauna was the perfect way to end the day - and then cool off in the garden and stare at the stars. We will definitely come back!

We had a great time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, we were informed that a number of sleeping places are accessible with a somewhat steeper staircase. Very thoughtful but was also clear from the description and the photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes down dry, very nice. Being able to charge your car is also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got a discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather was not so good. I can accommodate anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the peace and space that is available.

Both Nicole and her partner were very kind, we felt very welcome right from the beginning. The house is large and very nice furnished and the surroundings: awesome!! A lovely place to stay and to relax!
