Het natuurhuisje ligt namelijk op een punt waar 3 gebieden samenkomen: Twente, Salland en het Vechtdal. Erve Driestreek bevindt zich in Twente, maar vanaf het terras heeft u zicht over het Vechtdal met haar bekende Eerder Achterbroek. Ook Salland ligt op loopafstand van het natuurhuisje.Het ruime vakantiehuis is van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 slaapkamers met aparte douches en wc's, wifi, gratis parkeren e.a.).
