The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye. House is only 7 miles from the Quincy. NOT SUITIABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR HANDICAP.

You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.

Hiking, horseback riding, off road trails for hundreds of miles.

Hiking trails and swimming holes near by, fenced in backyard with a forest view and just 4 minute drive from downtown Quincy, Ca! Large parking area for oversized vehicles. The one full bed is mostly ideal for one person.
