Literally everything I could ask for! I absolutely love this place. It was super clean spacious and an amazing location

My husband and I wanted the comfort of a home after extending a business trip. We had everything we needed at this apartment! We especially loved the view from the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful walking path nearby. I also appreciated SunnyStay’s excellent communication and instructions.

Amazing stay. Use to live in the building and loved the familiarity. Corner spot has the best views. Great host. Will stay again.

This is a great and safe apartment. I was traveling with a party of women and a child we felt at peace with the security to get in. The host was super attentive and even stated to let her know if we needed extra time to check out. Would definitely stay here again great location and great apartment.

I really can’t say enough about my experience at Andrew’s place! Super comfy. Super thoughtful. Great bedding and pillows. Many good instructions. Awesome coffee shop in the lobby. Felt super safe. Nice and friendly staff and neighbors. Free Parking. I was down for a conference at the convention center and I could walk everywhere. Friends also stayed in the building and we all looked at each others places and Andrew’s by far was the nicest! And Andrew made everything super easy. thank you!!!!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at the property. The place is nice and clean just like the pictures and the host was very friendly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

Stayed for 4 nights with Wife and small kids. It was the perfect place for our family. Just head downstairs to go to the beach or walk about 4 mins to restaurants, shops, and the pier. The beach bag and towel was a nice addition which we weren’t expecting and it helped out because we forgot ours. Justin was a great host. We needed some extra towels and he had them delivered to our room at the time we asked. We’ll have to try one of the bottom units with the bonfire next time!

This is my first time ever booking an airbnb. The host sent a list and picture visuals for instructions on how to get in whether it was with or without a car. This made it extremely smooth and understanding to know how to get to the location of the airbnb. A parking spot and guest parking was provided. The host was able to always answer my questions and even gave us an extra 30 mins for us to check out since we were a little behind. Place looked exactly like the pictures, everything was clean and tidy and they even provided toiletries and towels, full sets of cups, plates, and silverware, cooking ingredients (sauces and stuff) and it just felt like home. We didn’t need to buy anything extra because everything was provided for us. Lux Properties is outstanding and was an amazing host and provided us with an amazing living space for a one night stay. Thank you so much, and if me and my friends ever plan on coming down again, we will definitely book with Lux Properties! :)

We had the best time in this little gem of an apartment. Located in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood of Aliso Viejo with direkt access to trails, a good connection to the freeway and only few minutes by car to beautiful Laguna Beach. Cari is an exceptional host, very thoughtful and attentive whilst always being mindful of everyone’s privacy. The unit sits tucked away in the lush and green backyard of the main property and allows for a quiet stay and feeling of safety and calm. The unit is fairly small with a tiny kitchenette, but offers everything one can need to handle daily life. Very thoughtfully equipped to make the most of every square foot, clean and high end appliances. Highly recommend this place - whether that’s for vacation or for seeking a temporary home.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need to feel at home. The grounds are beautiful and you feel safe. They have a great cafe in the complex which was convenient for coffee and nibbles right around the corner. The location worked perfect for us. Whole Food and restaurants were walkable. A beautiful outdoor mall with more restaurants within 5 minutes. Short 20 minute drive to Laguna beach. We would recommend and would stay here again.

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

Jimmy's house is beautiful and fully functional. Although there were some minor problems when we moved in but he followed up and solved in time.

Great home, great amenities, espresso machine, great bed, pillows, bath salts. Immaculate. Felt right at home.

The location, amenities, space, and cleanliness—everything was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook. The height of our car didn’t allow it to fit in the garage, but there was also an outdoor parking area, which we were able to use. Just one note: there is no hairdryer provided, so please be aware of that.

Tony’s place is a great place to stay. Lots of options for entertainment and dining nearby. The beds were clean and comfy. He supported us in finding the location and walked us through all the details. Thanks Tony!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It had exactly everything that I needed and I felt right at home. I loved that the unit is on the first floor so very easily accessible to get all of my luggage into. The area felt safe and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect. I also love that. There was a cute little patio to sit out on. I’m usually picky about beds, but this one was very comfortable and I was able to get a great night sleep every night. The host was very accommodating and very easy to get a hold of whenever I needed questions answered. I will definitely be back to stay here for my future trips to Southern California ! Thank you !!
