The condo was as advertised. Very clean and convenient to the stadium, restaurants, and bars.

From the booking till the end of the trip the property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating . The Alston was amazing ! Probably the best place we’ve booked ! The entire place was incredible ! The location couldn’t be beat ! The rooftop patio was the cherry on top ! Would hands down recommend this place . The only bummer is that my daughter has now graduated and we won’t be coming back for game days any time soon !!!

The condo was adorable! It was roomy, well equipped with everything you could need while on vacation, and perfectly suited for those needing 3 bedrooms (the bunkbeds were a huge plus!). Communion with management (Alex in particular) was easy and responses were very quick. They were excellent to deal with, and we would highly recommend using them! Great location in Tuscaloosa as well!

Not only a cozy and room place to stay, but a great location with a view of the river. You may not be within walking distance of any shopping or eating, but you are in the perfect position to go anywhere in Tuscaloosa you could want with a speedy 5-6 minute drive no matter where you’re going. Highly recommend for anyone with 4 or more guest.

What a delightful place to stay when you’re going to an Alabama football game! Location is perfection. Close to the stadium. Close to the strip. Secured with gate entry parking. Once inside modern place ~ Lots of nice touches with coffee and snacks. Cozy dark bedrooms and new bathrooms! Wonderful communication and follow up. We LOVED being their first guest! Left happy with a Tide victory. We will be back! RTR!

The property and location was amazing and I would definitely stay here again. The decor was great, the bed comfortable. The only issue was the check-in instructions. The property management company sent me instructions for another unit. They did not know where the parking spot was and I drove in circles after a long drive to Bama. Then they told me to use the fob to get in, and didn’t tell me where to get the fob. It was in a lockbox, but didn’t tell me where it was or the correct code. I called them at least 4 times and finally got in. I am a super host myself and have stayed at a lot of places and never dealt with such a cumbersome process. And other guests had their car towed after parking for 30 minutes because you have to put a parking pass in the car window and no one told me that. The people who’s car was towed told me or I may have faced the same issue.

Condo was perfect! Beautiful view and great location. We had an issue with the smoke detectors in the condo and Kim was very responsive and helpful and the situation was rectified right away. We will definitely stay here again when in town. Thank you Kim!

Chadric's condo was charming. Everything was so clean and the space worked really well for our family. The location was ideal and we could easily walk to downtown Tuscaloosa. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend!!

Donna’s condo was a perfect stay for my daughter’s college graduation. Great space for my family and grandparents! Hosts were very hospitable and offered us to use anything in the condo!

Secure and gated community, close to the University we were visiting, and great amenities such as pool and gym.

Jodi is a superb host!. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely stocked with anything that you could imagine that would be needed upon arrival. The bedrooms were perfect size and each one was comfortable for all of us. I would definitely stay another time if this home were available.

We have stayed at Chance’s condo multiple times. Always a great experience, and with two kids at the University of Alabama it is the most convenient place for us to stay.

Great condo. Easy to get into, stairs and elevator as an option to get inside. Great amenities, comfortable beds. Nice to have 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms. Kitchen setup is great. Would stay again but was their for graduation so probably not coming back

This condo is perfect for visiting your child while they attend the University of Alabama. The location is close to campus and really close to shopping. The condo is super cute and decorated perfectly for an Alabama fan! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Ian’s place was perfect for game day! Plenty of space for the whole family and a short drive to campus made it a great spot to have for the weekend. Ian responded quickly to any questions. The apartment clean and nicely decorated. We would love to stay again!
