Cottage holiday rentals in Tungurahua

We stayed at Nalandas for our annual staff week. There were 16 of us and we had plenty of room for individual privacy and to do group presentations. The house, and service that we received were outstanding. Pre trip communication and information was very prompt and Leo, on the ground, went above and beyond our entire stay. We work in the service industry and what we received was top level. The house and grounds were stunning, and the meals were plentiful, well presented and on time, even with the scheduled power outages. We will be back!

Beautiful place right in front of the mountain and river. Alex was very kind and helpful. The place is very private and comes with everything you could ask for. Hot showers, wifi, stocked kitchen. Hopefully I can come back.

Everything was perfect, a place is beautiful and with a unique peace, they respect nature and the animals, Mario and Teresa made us feel at home. We'll be back soon

Very friendly host, comfortable house for large groups.

Everything was super good but the small detail is that there was noise from a gas tank.

If you like to travel in large and quiet groups, it is the right place, the place is quite spacious, nobody bothers you and it's 15 minutes from the center of Baños, however there are tourist attractions nearby which make it a good place to stay. The host was really nice to us, all the time we had an immediate response.

Darwin was a very kind host, I arrived with my group of friends this carnival holiday to the cabin and we felt at ease, the rooms of the cabin are true to the photographs shown, we really enjoyed the tour that he gave us in baths since he is a tour guide, had a lot of patience with the whole group and took us to know places that on our own we could not have reached to go. We hope to come back in the future as he commented that I would remodel to include a pool in his cabin.

The accommodation is beautiful, the only details are: to get there the climb is quite steep although everything paved and the second bedroom is not connected to the rest of the house but its access is from the outside, independent.

We really enjoyed how quiet this location was. We used it as a stop between Quilotoa and Banos. A little hard to find because the house sits off the road but the host helped us find our way. We enjoyed the llamas and the pet dogs (the host offered to put them away if we didn’t like dogs). Plenty of room for a larger group of people but for us, we just had 4 people. Each room had its own bathroom which was nice. Fully stocked house, kitchen and even laundry. Great for a longer stay. The llamas were a great addition.

Best accomodation we have had in Ecuador! Highly recommended! We spent 3 days at the Hacienda and we enjoyed it to the max! The quietness and peacefulness of the countryside after all the noisy towns, to have a clean and cozy little apartment with enough blankets and a clean and warm shower was absolutely wonderful. We also really enjoyed to make our own food, but there is also the possibility to eat at the restaurant. Belén and her family are really warm hearted people and it was a pleasure to meet them. The father Pepe showed us the beautiful garden and made us taste some fruits. He also showed us the baby cows:) Belén even organised a car for us to rent so that we were able to drive to Laguna Quilotoa and Chimborazo National Park.

Our stay at this stay was simply spectacular. The cottage is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with an incredible view to the volcanoes and with an atmosphere of total peace. One of the most special details was the ability to harvest directly from the crops, which made our experience even more authentic and memorable. Also, the host was great, always helpful and willing to help at all times. Definitely a place to stay again, recommended, recommended. An experience of 10!

Beautiful house near Patate, with the best view from the mountain. Gabriel is very kind and took care of us super well. The house is spacious and has all amenities. Great location for relaxing and enjoying the countryside, without going far from the city. 100% recommended.
