great place, close to baños you can either walk or take a cab to it, the room was clean and the garden was 😎, we had an early check in with no issues and we're able to experiment tons of thing In baños

Family and I enjoyed staying at the place, had everything we needed and had a beautiful view of the mountain. Great amenities wish it had a heater though because it could get cold. But everything was perfect and Monica helped us settle in and answered any/all our questions. Would come again!

Excellent place, quite spacious, clean and tidy. They had a large television with a good signal and access to Netflix, YouTube and other applications. As a recommendation, I would say to include a photo of the facade of the house, the rest is excellent.

We went to Ambato for health reasons and the place was great, the advantage of the self check-in was great since we arrived around midnight and entered the apartment without problems, surely on the next trip we will book it again.

Mirian and David were very kind at all times and gave us several recommendations for restaurants and agencies in the city. They were always making sure we were comfortable. Thank you!

Apartment equal to the photographs. Very good communication with Rocio, the requirements such as changing towels, were solved immediately and kindly. We went as a family, including our dog, and we had an excellent few days. We only suggest a small detail, which would complete the comfort during the stay: a nightstand next to the beds and in the living room where you share and watch TV, some appropriate furniture. Other than that, we loved it, highly recommended the Presidential Penthouse, to spend a wonderful few days in the beautiful Baños de Agua Santa.

An excellent apartment, and a very good location

A very cozy place, the space was optimal to stay there. The neighborhood is nice so you can rest. Very good communication with Veronica. The only detail to highlight is the lock on the entrance gate, a little difficult to close at the beginning but it is a small detail. Otherwise excellent

This place is a hidden gem of the world. You won’t find a place like this other than this one close to town. The inside feels brand new and the garden and dogs are entirely romantic. It’s unlike anywhere I’ve ever been. This place is made of magic.

The place is in a very central area of everything that can be done in Baños and most importantly very safe.

This 2-bedroom 2-bath condo was perfect home base for our 3 nights in Banos. The large soaker tub was a nice bonus. Located in the heart of Banos, next to the bus station and only minutes walk from anything/anywhere you want to go. Just as featured and described in the listing. Highly recommend.

Excellent, totally recommended, Elizabeth is a great host, the place is identical to the photos and the location is ideal, close to the center but still quiet enough to rest, we will definitely return.
