Feels at home. Apartment has a beautiful view at nights. Cool winds just be blowing throughout the day. Chilling out on the rooftop is a plus very private and comfortable. I would recommend 👌 staying here for anytime anyday.

My stay here was fantastic! Rachel was an amazing host and took time out of her busy day, to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This will always be my place of stay when I am in Trinidad.

Corey was a responsive host who welcomed me with an easy pick up from the airport. He provided additional items for me when I asked and always responded to any query I had. His place was comfortable and I had everything I could possibly need. I will definitely stay with him again if available.

My stay was great, it felt like a private oasis. My favorite experience was the walks I had through the property especially at night. The landscape of the property complimented it very well. I was fortunate to visit during Christmas - the lights were gorgeous. Thanks for being a gracious host!

Corey is a very friendly and nice host. We stayed 9 nights at his Apartment Studio during carnival season. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a little kitchen, AC, and private bathroom with a good hot shower. There is a bus stop at the north of Cane Farm Junction which goes directly to Port of Spain transit center (10min walk + 30min ride). Corey also knows a good car rental with good and cheap cars ;)

They were very flexible with the airport pick-up and drop-off and communication. The place was well-cleaned. The bathroom in particular was always clean. I'd like to use them again when I come to Arima.

The communication with Sarona was super nice and easy from beginning to end. Our group felt very comfortable and right at home in this modern and tasteful house. There was everything and more of what we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and beds and sheets were new and comfortable. The house is located in a small gated community close to the highway but far enough to get a feeling of peace and quite and we felt very safe there. Nandie's place is very nice and modern. It is near a mall with various places to eat and it's a short drive to Port of Spain. It is very accommodating with A/C, WiFi, Cable and the bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE. Great place to stay.

Amazing property and host. Very responsive and accommodating to whatever we needed. Felt like home. Conveniently located near the airport, Trincity Mall and more. Transportation to and from events was a major plus! Would highly recommend and absolutely would book again.

Amos goes above and beyond to provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable.  Stayed for a month and every small detail was provided for and if it wasn't, he went the distance to fulfill my request.  If you're thinking of booking, take the leap, you will have no regrets. After 20 days at this residence, I can confidently say we had a wonderful time and would absolutely return. With family all over Trinidad, this place is centrally located, and it was easy for all. Moreover, despite the State of Emergency, wthis was situated in a bustling yet very safe area. The best part of it all is the VIEW - wow, wow WOW. Watching the city light up from our balcony on New Years Eve was absolutely outstanding. TBH, most of my time in the condo was spent on the balcony, you have to experience it for yourself. The managment team was also extremely helpful and accomodating, our flight came in well before check-in and as i made the request well in advance they were able to meet with us earlier. Now, there were a few minor issues, only 2 to be exact, that required me to contact the property manager and each time, they responded well w/in 10 minutes or less, provided alternative solutions and checked back in to ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!

Andrew’s space is very welcoming. But what I would like to comment on is how accommodating and the way he communicated with my husband and I. We had a few hiccups but he made sure to fix every single one of them in a TIMELY fashion, something I truly admired. HE EVEN SENT US A BOTTLE OF WINE!!! I must say I will recommend him to anyone.

We felt right at home at this property. Very clean, well-organized, spacious, lots of really great food options nearby. We even walked to the savannah some days. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Everything was perfect the stay was perfect. We do see ourselves going back again and stay at the same place. The only down side was the front desk at the lobby area we asked a simple question and she was not very helpful with the respond or answer.

Great place. Will stay there 100% next time. There are some reviews about issues with air-con saying it has to be always turned on and it's cold in the apartment. So, here is the hack: Just turn the temperature to 23 or 24 or 25 degrees or anything you like and it will be auto adjusted and no problem with cold. Just play little bit with thermostat and you will get it right. Absolutely no need to feel cold. Place is amazing.

Stayed at SirLouisC’s in April 2023, I am Trinidadian and came home for a family event and I needed something centralized to everything that I needed to get done while being in an area easily accessible to good restaurants , dry cleaners and social events. This listing ticked everything on my list I could want to find! The room had more space than a hotel room which made it feel more cozy and it was also easier for someone to visit or when dropping off something. The room also came with a patio are with an amazing view, I sat on the patio some nights and just relaxed and decompressed while enjoying the view. SirLouisC and his team were great when I had requests, first thing they addressed was my request for a late arrival time checkin and then my request to accommodate and alternative checkin procedure , also a little hiccup happened with regards to breaking an access key, him and his team followed up and resolved the problem. Overall a great stay, great home and host. Highly recommend
