Dave was very hospitable. Easy to contact with and was very accommodating. Dave had water and other necessities at the apartment for us to use when we came. Dave showed us how to get around using public transportation and showed us how and where to find local foods. The location was great and felt very secure. I would definitely choose this location as my first choice when visiting Trinidad in the future.

The apartment looks just like the photos and even better in person. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and very inviting. It felt like home away from home. I enjoyed the mountain and city views from the terrace every morning. I also enjoyed the privacy as the unit is a corner apartment and it's well laid out. One Woodbrook Place is centrally located all shops and restaurants making it easy to grab something to eat and go back to the apartment to relax. It's safe, private and convenient especially if you're not from Trinidad and don't want to stay at a hotel. I look forward to staying at Nesha's place again.

Honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences we ever had. This apartment is centrally located, clean, easy accessible, lots of space and it is in a complex with great restaurants. If you are looking to stay in one of the nicer, more happening parts of POS, this is a great choice. Communication with Mario was super easy, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Richard's POS Eco Studio. The property is perched on a hill with a balcony and an outdoor kitchen area with an amazing view of the valley below. It is peaceful, scenic and private. If you are looking for a place to get away and just relax, I highly recommend this place. Richard was very responsive to all of my queries before I booked and he is even friendly in person.

Best location in Port of Spain, Antonio is a great guy, great communicator, will go out of his way to ensure you are comfortable. Extremely comfortable bedding and well stocked kitchen. Excellent location!!! Extremely safe, peaceful, yet surrounded by great restaurants and all the amenities you will need.

Daniel was very helpful in so many ways. The location is everything what it looks like in the pictures and more. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

I booked both of Usha’s apartments for myself and my relatives (from UK and Canada) to be close by to some family we were visiting who live in Central Park/Couva. The apartments are perfectly located near to supermarkets, doubles stands, restaurants, a new gym and everything you might need- but tucked away from the main road so it’s nice and quiet. I went for early morning runs and found the area to be safe and calm, and everyone I met was friendly and would say hello on passing. The apartment compound has an electric gate, and the apartments themselves have both door locks and outer door padlocks too, we used them all of course but regardless we always felt safe and secure. Usha was a great host- warm, friendly, flexible and accommodating from start to finish- she gives you the space you need to enjoy your stay, but is available at a moments notice if you need anything. Had a comfortable stay at Renee's whilst on a short vacation. Firstly, Renee is a first-class communicator (pre/during/after my stay) and ensured that I had all the information I needed for the trip. The location is perfect with restaurants, entertainment, local shopping and various activities, all within walking distance/next to the building or a short ride away. Security within and around the area is also great. The unit is extremely spacious, with all the amenities needed for a short or long-term stay. Overall, I give it a RECOMMEND! After 20 days at this residence, I can confidently say we had a wonderful time and would absolutely return. With family all over Trinidad, this place is centrally located, and it was easy for all. Moreover, despite the State of Emergency, wthis was situated in a bustling yet very safe area. The best part of it all is the VIEW - wow, wow WOW. Watching the city light up from our balcony on New Years Eve was absolutely outstanding. TBH, most of my time in the condo was spent on the balcony, you have to experience it for yourself. The managment team was also extremely helpful and accomodating, our flight came in well before check-in and as i made the request well in advance they were able to meet with us earlier. Now, there were a few minor issues, only 2 to be exact, that required me to contact the property manager and each time, they responded well w/in 10 minutes or less, provided alternative solutions and checked back in to ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!

We felt right at home at this property. Very clean, well-organized, spacious, lots of really great food options nearby. We even walked to the savannah some days. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great place. Will stay there 100% next time. There are some reviews about issues with air-con saying it has to be always turned on and it's cold in the apartment. So, here is the hack: Just turn the temperature to 23 or 24 or 25 degrees or anything you like and it will be auto adjusted and no problem with cold. Just play little bit with thermostat and you will get it right. Absolutely no need to feel cold. Place is amazing.

Everything was perfect the stay was perfect. We do see ourselves going back again and stay at the same place. The only down side was the front desk at the lobby area we asked a simple question and she was not very helpful with the respond or answer.

Stayed at SirLouisC’s in April 2023, I am Trinidadian and came home for a family event and I needed something centralized to everything that I needed to get done while being in an area easily accessible to good restaurants , dry cleaners and social events. This listing ticked everything on my list I could want to find! The room had more space than a hotel room which made it feel more cozy and it was also easier for someone to visit or when dropping off something. The room also came with a patio are with an amazing view, I sat on the patio some nights and just relaxed and decompressed while enjoying the view. SirLouisC and his team were great when I had requests, first thing they addressed was my request for a late arrival time checkin and then my request to accommodate and alternative checkin procedure , also a little hiccup happened with regards to breaking an access key, him and his team followed up and resolved the problem. Overall a great stay, great home and host. Highly recommend

The host, extremely responsive and professional. She was kind and welcoming. Liesel was able to get us a rental car at the last minute. She was always in communication to make sure everything was going well. Our room was spotless, great beds and super soft sheets. I will recommend everyone to stay here!

We had an amazing time. Monisha and Rajendra were really friendly and helped with so many things in terms of getting to places and recommendations. They made the whole experience great and made us feel like family. The house is spacious and wonderful, but I think the friendly experience is more than worth it and we are truly grateful.

This was my first time staying at an airbnb in Trinidad and my expectations were exceeded. The place was spotless and I felt very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area is very well done, clean and landscaped. Walking distance from the Main Road, major transport hubs, UWI, food and virtually all amenities. Host was extremely responsive, punctual and helpful. I've already made up my mind to stay at Traum House every time I visit Trinidad.

This has been one of my most comfortable stays in Trinidad and I'm very much looking forward to staying here again. It's in one of my favorite areas in Trinidad and is convenient to get in and out of town. More than that, Fay is an excellent hostess who was always there to help me and very accomodating throughout my stay.

This was a wonderful time it felt like we were staying with our own trini uncles and they were more than generous with all of the accommodations.

We were pleased with the quiet, safe and secured gated community, which gave us an added air of security. I have to mention the furniture, which was a blend of an antique look with a mixed contemporary design and I was thrilled with the aesthetics. The house and surroundings were clean and the windows had nets, which was an added bonus. I could also carry out my daily run on the thread mill which was available. The staff were helpful, pleasant and attended to my concerns. I will surely come back and highly recommend this house to anyone coming to Grande area Beautiful memories at ' serenity at the heart of Grande '.
