A historic Uptown home with turquoise blue Caribbean flair. Apartment is newly renovated but maintains original Southern charm. 100+ year old oaks and beautiful magnolias line the property. Centrally located and walking distance from Tulane University, streetcars and a number of great restaurants. All the amenities of home: private entrance, fully stocked kitchen (incl. Keurig & coffee), 50" curved 4k tv, queen sleeper sofa, and a king size Leesa bed! We hope you love it as much as we do!

Located in University area, apartment on the second floor (not handicap accessible). 2000 sq ft, 3 br, 2 bath, private balconies, new kitchen. A short walk to Maple Street, Audubon Park (including a world class zoo), Tulane, Loyola. The world's oldest continuously operating streetcar line, which takes you directly into the French Quarter, is mere steps away. I live on the first floor.
