Being inside a country club, an integral part of a consortium, there is a co-owners' regulation to comply with, which has to do with respecting hours of rest and complying with rules of coexistence

It has two specially heated rooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen integrated by a bar. It is located in a 2000 square meter garden where there is a main house that is totally independent and uninhabited at the time of your stay. Features a grill, stove, terrace, laundry room, private parking, and corral.

Relax in this quiet and elegant space, a unique house with excellent quality in everything it offers. The views of the vineyards and mountains are amazing. It has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room, full kitchen with bar, washing machine, gallery with grill, and garden. I recommend having a car as it is 5 km from Cafayate.
