We, 2 families, 4 adults and 3 boys, spent 8 days within this spacious villas. Though the location is not close to downtown Cebu and no WiFi there, we had a great and fun experience, relaxing, fantastic sea view, nice swimming pool and etc. Margie and Vivian are very helpful and warm hearted. This is a good place for holidays, and I have recommended it to some of my friends.

was a ideal place for us to stay . Jane was easy to contact and always very quick to respond. the place could do with a lick of paint. but had everything one needed.

The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. Had a great stay here with the family. There is food available for purchase via the café, or you can bring your own. Plenty rooms and space for everyone. Nice pool and area outside to grill.

e chose this accommodation for our company workshop. The facilities matched the photos and were neatly organized. There were enough cooking tools available, which was very convenient. The staff were also friendly.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

Ideal for families. Rooms are well described as per posting. There are a lot of extra beds too. Quality furniture as well! Emily, her mom and the caretaker made our stay convenient as they were always willing to help. There are small stores nearby so its easy to get stuff esp ingredients for cooking.

We stayed at this Airbnb and had a great experience. The house is new, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that the host put thought into the space—it had all the essentials and more. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would stay here again!

• The house owner gave us a tour upon arrival, which was a thoughtful and helpful gesture. • The price is very affordable — we honestly hope they keep it that way. • The house is spacious; everyone in our group had their own room. • The pool was warm and clean — perfect for a relaxing outing. • The parking area can fit up to 3 SUVs, so plan accordingly. • Even though it’s a new listing, the place is already doing really well — we were actually their first guests! • The kitchen had complete utensils, which made cooking and eating very convenient. • They have a karaoke you can use until 10 PM. • The attendant was very approachable, kind, and easy to talk to. • Comfort rooms (CRs) were clean and well-maintained. • They gave us fresh buko and jackfruit, which was a nice surprise.

We enjoyed staying at Maychelle’s place. It felt cozy and welcoming. Ate, the caretaker, was very nice and accommodating. Each room has an air conditioner, and the bed linens are comfortable. Free drinking water with a clean water bottle. Complete cutlery. The subdivision is still new, safe and peaceful. The internet—it's best to check with the host about Wi-Fi. Overall, it's a great option for an overnight stop en route to the North or Bantayan Island. Highly recommended place

The house was clean and well maintained, with all the amenities and items we needed. The only downside was that there was no hot shower, but still a 5 because everything else was good. But it really was an inconvenience at times.

The place is excellent and matched the description of the host. The sister in law of the owner is also helpful and friendly she assisted us to whatever we need. The place is homey and we were able to cook food and there’s a nearby market where we can buy what we need. We had a wonderful stay and felt at home especially we are a big family who occupied. Thank you so much for having us at your cozy home.

Had a great stay. such a cool and cozy place! Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. One suggestion: adding AC to the other rooms would make it even more comfortable, especially during warmer nights. Still, overall an amazing spot!
