Good place to stay for budget travellers.

Our stay at the transient house in Baguio was an exceptional experience. The place provided a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation and unwinding during the holiday season. The house itself felt incredibly homey, with basic essentials, making it comfortable and inviting. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place, which added to the sense of ease during our stay. The location was also very convenient, being close to nearby cities, making it easy for us to explore and attend to any errands or activities. Special thanks to the helpful caretaker, Dexter, who went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Auntie Rose was also extremely accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. Overall, we highly recommend this transient house for anyone seeking a serene, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, supported by genuinely kind and attentive hosts.

Great place. Feels secure and safe. Along a major road, so madali lang sumakay ng taxi or jeep. Walking distance to Lourdes Grotto.

We had fun. Medyo awkward lang ang doors ng CR kasi sliding kaya walang privacy. Naririnig sa labas ang CR activities 🙈 All in all maganda talaga sya.

Had a wonderful stay at Samantha’s place! The home was clean, well-maintained, and the helpful caretaker made our stay even more enjoyable. Bonfire setup at night was definitely a plus.

Ms. Lani, the kuya in the place and the restaurant owners are very accommodating. They were able to give us the privacy we need and the comfort we seek while also being thoughtful of our experience. Highly recommended, especially there are food and drinks store in the same establishment. We are also allowed to pick the strawberries outside. Great place if you’re looking for serenity.

If you’re going to Baguio and looking for a place where comfort and affordability meet, you should definitely stay here. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions, so we had no issues at all—even when we decided to extend for one more night. The staff were also very approachable and friendly. Everything we requested was provided right away. If it’s your first time in Baguio, you might think this place is far from the city proper, but once you get used to the traffic, you’ll realize it’s actually quite near. Everything here was definitely worth the money.

This place is really lovely. It’s easy to get to. The balcony view is exactly what you’ll find in the posted photos in the listing. Ate Baby is super responsive (she’s just a text away). There are two sari-sari stores nearby where you can grab some essentials. We decided to stay instead of going out. The place is better suited for staycation.

Loved the place! It was near Mirador Ecopark which was a great walk experience in the morning. We also loved how the neighborhood was quiet and that there are cafes just above our unit. Ms. Lani was very responsive even at late times in the day which we appreciated, as well as helpful bantays. It was an amazing stay!

Very peaceful yung place and safe. I went there alone just to recover from Manila’s busy day to day, super sarap mag stay lalo na pag morning. Very accessible din siya going to the tourist spots and taxi didn’t even cost me above 200. The place has it own gate and comfy matulog sa bed. Sira lang yung water heater sa cr, so if hindi sanay sa cold water, big deal to. Hopefully maayos siya kasi yun din yung nabasa ko na issue from another review. But over all, would highly recommend! Super bait din ni Ms. Lani. ☺️
