A wonderful small studio full of character. Just a short walk over the river to the Old city, so peaceful, and would definitely recommend it. Added bonus of the complimentary shower gel and shampoo as we forgot ours!

Everything was great! The host was very caring and helpful, helping us from the moment we entered the house through the door until our departure. We really felt at home. The house was spotless, just as we saw in the photos. It was very tastefully furnished, small but with very nice details. The balcony was a separate pleasure, we sat there in the evenings and relieved the tiredness of the day. We were also very happy with the details such as the amusement park card and the subway card. The location was excellent, with all daily necessities like supermarkets, bakeries, and shops just a short walk away. This made everything very convenient and stress-free during our stay. The host was also very kind and responsive, always available whenever we had a question or request, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home for your stay, this is the perfect choice!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

We had a wonderful stay at Temo’s place. The location is perfect in the old part of Tblisi walkable to the shopping center and eating places around this apartment. Host was excellent and was very flexible in allowing us to until the evening because of our late flight.
