Apartment holiday rentals in Tskaltubo

I only got to spend a night at Shorena’s place (for my early flight), but I wish I had more time. The apartment is lovely, pristine clean and very well equipped. At first I struggled to find the building because taxi dropped me off a bit further, but Shorena was very fast to reply and helped me find the right house. If you’re not used to old buildings you might be surprised at first, but once you open the apartment door, you will have a comfortable stay.

Beautiful house with a beautiful hostess. Natia patiently waited for us to loop around the city looking for a location. She recommended us places to eat nearby. Left treats, made slippers🤗 The apartment itself is comfortable, very clean, modern. It's perfect to go for a weekend or a week if you're two. The center is 10 minutes by car/taxi

A cozy apartment in a new building, you can walk to the center, there is a place to leave the car. Communication with the host was pleasant and she was quick to respond to messages. Would love to stay again.

A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

I had a great stay at Shota's apartment! He and his son were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and there was absolutely everything we could have needed during our stay. It feels like home. I will come back without hesitation! We spent a few nights there with our 2 kids, and the apartment was great, just what we needed! we had enough space for us 4, big closets, a small yard... The only negative point is that it's not possible to cook properly anything with the cooking plate, even if there are 2, it does warm the food enough and fast enough, and the kitchen equipment is not enough... but we did not come here to cook and there are plenty of good restaurants, shops and markets around the apartment, as the localisation is really in the center! we will come back 😊

Extra clean and cosy place! One of those rare cases when it feels like home a lot. Happy we've chosen this place. The only thing I would like to stay more, 1 night is not enough, so will be back!

Clean apartment, as depicted in pictures and description. Nice location, near main park Tskhaltubo, healing baths. Nearby trails for hiking. The apartment is in an apartment house with very kind and friendly residents. Zamo was always very responsive and attentive to us. Very convenient check-in and check-out. Many thanks to Zamo for not being afraid to let us in with our dogs :)

We were staying in apartment during two weeks. And during that period I was enjoying with nature around - so calm, green, lots of birds singing around, flowers:) Apartment is so clean, comfortable. All necessary kitchen utensils for cooking are available. Bed is comfortable for sleeping, so I could relax well. Also apartment has balcony and terrace, place for barbecue. Owner really cares about her guests. Near to apartment are located Central Park with balneological zone. And in about one hour's drive away are located famous natural areas: Martvili and Okatse canyons, caves, Green lake with fish farm and lots of waterfalls and rivers around. Highly recommend this apartment, especially if you want to escape from big city:)

If you're searching for a base in Tskaltubo, look no further than Victoria's Charming flat! It's a beautiful spacious apartment, very clean, & with so many wonderful artifacts to delight. Victoria's communication is excellent, she offers great suggestions of where to go, & what to see. Furthermore, she donates a generous percentage of the airbnb income to local animal charities. The flat is very close to the park, spas, a 20 minute walk to the market. There are shops just across the road too if you prefer to cook than eat out all the time. We highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Ani's place. Apartment was really clean and it had everything you need for your stay. Place had many little shops around and was 10min walk from the city centre. The host was really welcoming and gave us tips where to eat and what to see. I can definitely recommend Ani's place! :)

This apartment is very well located, being both quiet but very central for the town. It is very spacious, enhanced by the tall ceilings. Quality furnishings all round, comfortable and quiet. Only annoyance was a difficult front gate for car users, but overall an excellent stay.
