Wonderful new building and apartment, modern and comfortable

Lovely new apartment well furnished, lots of modern technology. The owner is very responsive and has always been in touch. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The only sad thing is the appearance of the building, which is now under reconstruction and at first it looks frightening. But for us this wasn’t a problem since the apartment is ideal.

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need; it's also very clean. I loved my stay there. The only downside is that you have to turn on the water heater and wait about 30 minutes to get hot water. You definitely need transportation while staying here, as nothing is close by. Be sure to buy groceries and water before your arrival. The host provides clear instructions on how to get there; since it's a new construction, don't follow Google Maps—use the directions provided by the host. We are just back from a weeks holiday here and have a fantastic time from start to finish. Mario was so helpful he came out to help us when we flew in late and the taxi dropped us at the wrong address luckily we were just around the corner but in the dark we couldn’t find anything Mario came to our rescue in the early hours of the morning and got us in safely! The apartment itself is exactly as is described it was clean and comfortable we had everything we needed . We highly recommend it for a stay in Paphos . We hired a car and like other reviews say you’ll need it to get around as you aren’t within walking distance. We found driving easy and gave us freedom to come and go as you please. Very friendly local cats who love plenty of attention too! Would definitely come back here we’ve made some great memories. Thank you Mario you’ve been amazing!

Great apartment great host

The property is located next to the bay, with a balcony looking out to the sea. The interior is comfortable and clean. There is plenty of restaurants to choose from and local stores to buy essentials from. We very much enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Pissouri.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

We had the most wonderful time staying at George’s place. It has such a lovely atmosphere and Tochni in general is beautiful. We loved having breakfast in the little courtyard, and it was great to lounge by the pool. George was a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. Thank you for everything!

An amazing apartment highly recommended

Beautiful surroundings, up in the mountains, about 20 minutes from Paphos. The Villa is part of a large golf resort complex. It was a nice place to be based though not exactly close to restaurants or attractions. The Villa felt very new, very clean and modern. The pool area was beautiful though pool is not heated (which meant it was a bit too cold to swim in May, my guess is it will be fine later in summer).

We had a fantastic stay with our family! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous view of the mountain and forest —it felt like a peaceful retreat. The location was perfect and made exploring the area easy. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Christina’s place in Limassol! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and the city’s vibrant Old Town. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen. Christina was a wonderful host, always responsive and ready to provide local tips that made my trip extra special. The little touches, like a welcome basket of snacks and thoughtful decor, truly made it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return on my next visit to Cyprus!”

The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Svetlana went out of her way to accomodate my schedule and even came to and event in the city which I was attending for work purposes to hand over the key to the apartment. It was extremely helpful. The room is pleasant and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Spending eight nights in such a wonderful and cozy flat and having a lovely, hospitable and warm-hearted lady like Eleftheria gave me an unforgettable holiday that should be experienced by everyone! Especially clean, tidy and quiet home. I went alone so when Eleftheria was there, her company meant so much fun and we had nice chats too. The location is also great, it's about the middle of Limassol so you can get anywhere quickly and easily either by bus, walk or by car. Eleftheria's dog and cats lifted the mood even more! Highly recommended, you will all love it for sure!
